Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.石油及び/又はガスの生産のための洋上プラットフォーム上に据え付けられ た熱機関、特にガスタービンから生じる排気ガスから大気中への二酸化炭素(C O2)排出物を除去並びに防止する方法において、次の工程: (a)天然ガスと空気とを熱機関へ導入し、そこで天然ガスを機械エネルギー に変換する工程、 (b)熱機関から生じる排気ガスを熱回収装置、好ましくは廃熱ボイラーを通 過させ、排気ガス中の熱含量を蒸気の形態で回収する工程、 (c)熱回収装置中に熱を排出し、それによって該ガスの温度を20−70℃ に減少せしめた後、排気ガスを吸収液体を含む吸収カラムへ通し、そこで二酸化 炭素を該液体に吸収させ、それにより、一般には二酸化炭素のない清浄排気ガス を大気中へ排出する工程、 (d)CO2含有吸収液体をストリッピングカラムへ通し、そこで120−1 50℃の温度に加熱することにより吸収液体からCO2を除去する工程、 (e)一般にはCO2を含まない、かくして再生された吸収液体を吸収カラム へ再循環し、そして分離したCO2ガスを圧縮段階へ通して、圧縮しそして適当 な方法で利用及び/又は投棄を行う工程、 を特徴とする方法。 2.排気ガスのほぼ40%を前記ガスタービンのための圧縮機入口へ再循環した 後、排気ガスを吸収工程(c)へ通すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.ガス吸収カラムとして、排気ガスからCO2ガスを分離するために適したガ ス吸収隔膜を有する装置を使用することを特徴とする前記請求項の一つに記載の 方法。 4.ストリッピングカラムとして、回転式ガス/液体接触器を使用することを特 徴とする前記請求項の一つに記載の方法。 5.熱回収プラントからの蒸気をストリッピングカラムを加熱するために使用し 、また、該蒸気を高圧蒸気タービンによる電気エネルギーの生成のためにも使用 することを特徴とする前記請求項の一つに記載の方法。
