Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.開口部を有する槽と、該開口部とのシール適合能を有するクロージャーと からなる容器であって、該クロージャーが、該槽の内部と連絡している穿刺可能 な領域を有し、かつクロージャー壁の内方向に向かう領域に、水蒸気を透過させ るが、液状の水に対して実質的に不透過性である半透膜により槽の内部と分離さ れている乾燥剤を有するクロージャー壁からなることを特徴とする容器。 2.槽がガラス製のバイアルからなり、開口部が該バイアルの括れのリムで限 定され、クロージャーがプラスチック材料、エラストマー材料または金属とプラ スチックもしくはエラストマー材料の混合物からできており、該クロージャー壁 の穿刺可能な領域が、そこから挿入される皮下注射針の回りを弾力的にシールす ることができるエラストマー材料の領域にて提供される、クロージャー壁の薄い 領域からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。 3.乾燥剤がクロージャー壁の一部だけに配置されるように乾燥剤を分布させ るので、穿刺可能な領域が乾燥剤のあるクロージャー壁の領域の間に、またはそ のような領域の付近にあることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の容器。 4.乾燥剤が、環の内部に穿刺可能な領域を有する、クロージャー壁上に環形 または略環の形態にて分布していることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載 の容器。 5.乾燥剤の環形の分布がクロージャー壁より内方向に伸長する環形の窪み( クロージャーが槽の適所にある場合、容器の内部に開口している窪み)を限定す るホルダー中に位置することを特徴とする請求項4記載の容器。 6.その乾燥剤の環形の分布がクロージャー壁より内方向に伸長する環形の窪 み(クロージャーが槽の適所にある場合、容器の内部に開口している窪み)を限 定するホルダー中に位置することを特徴とする請求項4記載の容器。 7.ホルダーがクロージャー壁より内方向に伸長する2つの略同心の壁の形態 であり、該壁の間のスペースが環形の窪みを限定し、その内壁の内部のスペース が穿刺可能な領域と直接連絡する中心通路を限定することを特徴とする請求項6 記載の容器。 8.ホルダーがクロージャー壁と一体成型されていることを特徴とする請求項 7記載の容器。 9.外壁の外面が開口部のリムとかみ合うように構成されていることを特徴と する請求項5、6、7または8記載の容器。 10.中心通路の基底壁が穿刺可能な領域からなることを特徴とする請求項7、 8または9のいずれか1つに記載の容器。 11.乾燥剤が環形に圧縮されていることを特徴とする請求項4ないし10のい ずれか1つに記載の容器。 12.半透膜が材料または微孔性材料の連続的フィルムであることを特徴とする 前記した請求項のいずれか1つに記載の容器。 13.半透膜がプラスチック材料の薄層フィルムであることを特徴とする前記し た請求項のいずれか1つに記載の容器。 14.プラスチック材料がポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリアミド、ポリエ ステルおよびハロゲン化ポリビニルから選択されることを特徴とする請求項13 記載の容器。 15.膜が、乾燥剤を覆う、乾燥剤が置かれているクロージャー面の領域を覆う 、またはクロージャーが適所にある場合、槽の内部に向かって開口している窪み の部分を覆う、コーティングとして設けられていることを特徴とする前記した請 求項のいずれか1つに記載の容器。 16.窪みが略同心の窪みを限定する壁の間にある環形の窪みであり、膜が槽の 内部に向かう窪みの開口部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項5〜15のいずれか1 つに記載の容器。 17.槽の内部に向かう窪みの開口部を覆うことに加えて、該膜がさらに環の内 部の中心スペースを覆うことを特徴とする請求項16記載の容器。 18.膜がクロージャーと一体である前記した請求項のいずれか1つに記載の容 器。 19.容器がクラブラン酸カリウムおよびナトリウムアモキシシリンの処方を含 有することを特徴とする前記した請求項のいずれか1つに記載の容器。 20.槽の開口部とのシール適合能を有するクロージャーであって、クロージャ ーが適所にある場合、槽の内部と連絡するように配置されている穿刺可能な領域 を有し、クロージャー壁の内方向に向かう領域に、水蒸気を透過させるが、液状 の水に対して実質的に不透過性である半透膜で被覆されている乾燥剤を有するク ロージャー壁からなることを特徴とするクロージャー。 21.添付図面に関して実質的に前記されている請求項のいずれか1つに記載の 容器またはクロージャー。
