Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 金属/金属、プラスチック/プラスチック、金属/プラスチックの複合体 、または金属および/もしくはプラスチック材料を含む鉱物性複合体のような、 固体の有機および/または無機の複合材料の複合要素を、固体粒子を上記複合要 素から作り、その固体粒子を搬送流体に加えることにより処理する方法であって 、 その搬送流体中では、固体粒子と搬送流体の混合物の流れを横切る少なくとも 一つの流動遮断物が、加速度を利用して上記混合物を粉砕する渦を作るための流 動分離エッジとして、上記流れに相対的に動かされる方法。 2. 請求項1において、上記混合物が20〜25m/sec2の加速度で、上記流動 分離エッジにおける分離または粉砕工程に供給される方法。 3. 請求項1または2において、上記複合要素が分離または粉砕工程の前に粉 砕される方法。 4. 請求項1または3において、上記複合要素が5〜30mmの粒径に粉砕され る方法。 5. 請求項1または2において、上記複合要素が分離または粉砕工程の前に圧 縮される方法。 6. 請求項の1ないし5のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で処理温度 が10〜75℃、好ましくは約30〜70℃であり、流動分離エッジにおける周 速が50〜200m/sec、好ましくは70〜180m/secである方法。 7. 請求項1ないし6のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で、上記固体 粒子の構成部分間の接着が、その接着力を上回る加速度と摩擦力により破壊され る方法。 8. 請求項1ないし6のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で、上記固体 粒子の構成部分が、熱を加えられることにより互いに分離される方法。 9. 請求項の1ないし6のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で、上記固 体粒子の構成部分が、液体および/またはガスの添加により互いに分離される方 法。 10. 請求項の1ないし9のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で、上記 固体粒子の加速度が20〜60m/sec2、好ましくは23〜53m/sec2であり、周 速が70〜200m/sec、好ましくは72〜180m/secであり、空気の流量が5 000〜8500Nm3/hである方法。 11. 請求項の1ないし10のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で、加 速度が35〜40m/sec2、好ましくは約38m/sec2であり、温度が70〜80℃ 、好ましくは約75℃であり、周速が150〜200m/sec、好ましくは約18 0m/secである、表面の接着力の高い複合要素、特にLDPEを被覆されたアル ミニウム箔の積層チューブのための方法。 12. 請求項10または11において、空気の流量が5000〜5600Nm3/ h、好ましくは約5250Nm3/hである方法。 13. 請求項1ないし10のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で、加速 度が20〜30m/sec2、好ましくは約23m/sec2であり、温度が25〜35℃、 好ましくは約30℃であり、周速が68〜77m/sec、好ましくは72m/secであ る、自動車工業での内装用被覆シェル、特にABS、PUR発泡体およびPVC 箔の構成要素を用いた計器パネルのための方法。 14. 請求項10または13において、空気の流量が7800〜8500Nm3/ h、好ましくは約8100Nm3/hである方法。 15. 請求項1ないし10のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程で、加速 度が48〜56m/sec2、好ましくは約53m/sec2であり、温度が35〜45℃、 好ましくは約40℃であり、周速が80〜90m/sec、好ましくは約85m/secで ある、ワイヤ状の積層材料、特に銅層とPVC被覆を有するアルミニウムワイヤ のための方法。 16. 請求項10または15において、空気の流量が6000〜7000Nm3/ h、好ましくは約6320Nm3/hである方法。 17. 請求項1ないし16のいずれかにおいて、分離または粉砕工程での排出 物が、分離またはふるい分けをされる方法。 18. 請求項17において、分離段階が、分離テーブルおよび/または流体ベ ッドセパレータにより行われる方法。 19. 請求項17または18において、金属および/またはプラスチック部分 が、分離作業後に圧縮される方法。 20. 請求項17または18において、金属および/またはプラスチック部分 が、分離作業後に押し出される方法。 21. 金属/金属、プラスチック/プラスチック、金属/プラスチックの複合 体、または金属および/もしくはプラスチックを含む鉱物性複合体のような、固 体の有機および/または無機の複合材料の複合要素を処理する、特に請求項1な いし20のいずれかの方法を実施するための装置であって、 上記複合要素から作られた固体粒子を搬送する搬送流体のための流路(56) が、流れの方向を横切るように設けられた壁(43)と、その壁に相対的に動か される一連のツールの列(46、46a〜46c)とにより形成され、上記ツー ルは、上記搬送流体とそれが搬送する固体粒子から渦(Q)を作り出すための少 なくとも一つの流動分離エッジ(47)を、上記流れの方向にそれぞれ形成する 装置。 22. 請求項21において、上記ツール(46、46a〜46c)が、ステー タ(42)としてのハウジングの円筒壁(43)の中にあるロータ(52)の軸 心として上記ツールを回転させるシャフト(45)の周りに、互いに間隔を隔て て、上記流路としての環状スペース(56)を定める構成円(K)上に配置され ている装置。 23. 請求項22において、上記環状スペース(56)の幅(b)が、上記構 成円(K)の半径(r)の約20%に相当する装置。 24. 請求項21ないし23のいずれかにおいて、上記流路または環状スペー ス(56)に向かって、上記壁(43)が波型の表面を持ち、その波型が上記ロ ータ軸(45)にほぼ平行な方向を向いている装置(図5)。 25. 請求項21ないし23のいずれかにおいて、上記流路または環状スペー ス(56)に向かって、上記壁(43)がのこ歯状の形状を成し、その形状の稜 線が上記ロータ軸心(45)に平行である装置(図9)。 26. 請求項21ないし25のいずれかにおいて、上記シャフト(45)がほ ぼ垂直に延び、そして少なくとも2段のツール(46、46a〜46c)を備え 、その2段のツールの間にギャップ(54)が設けられている装置。 27. 請求項26において、ツールの各段(46、46a〜46c)が、上下 に円盤状の板(50)を有し、またそれら板の間で上記ツールの近傍に、管状の 壁(48)を有する装置。 28. 請求項26または27において、搬送流体およびそれにより搬送される 固体粒子の混合物の入口が下側の段に設けられ、装置(20)の出口が上側の段 に設けられている装置。 29. 請求項21ないし28のいずれかにおいて、上記ツールが上記シャフト (45)に対し放射状に設けられた板である装置。 30. 請求項21ないし28のいずれかにおいて、上記ツール(46、46a )が上記流れの方向に平行に設けられ、チャンバ(60)として少なくとも2つ の貫通開口を有する板である装置。 31. 請求項30において、上記チャンバ(60)が互いに平行に、そして上 記シャフト(45)に平行に延びる装置。 32. 請求項21ないし28のいずれかにおいて、対応するチャンバ(60) の周りにそれぞれ延びる多数のフレーム(59)を備え、その多数のフレームが 、間隔を隔てて配置され、上記ツール(46b)を形 成する装置。 33. 請求項21ないし28のいずれかにおいて、上記ツール(46c)が、 互いに対して湾曲してギャップ(62)を形成する異型材(64)を有し、上記 ギャップは流れの方向に先細になり、流れを横切る装置。 34. 請求項21ないし33のいずれかにおいて、予備粉砕手段(12)また は圧縮機が、上流側に設けられる装置。 35. 請求項21ないし34のいずれかにおいて、ふるい分け手段(34)お よび/または流動床分離器(36)が、下流側に設けられている装置。 36. 請求項35において、押出機(38)が、ふるい分け手段(34)また は流動床分離器(36)の下流側に設けられる装置。
