Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 回転子形ポンプのケーシングの中に少なくとも1つの羽根車が設けられ 、前記羽根車に案内装置が後置され、案内装置の流れ案内面が、羽根車出口に対 向して位置する1つ又は複数のフローエッジを備えられている回転子形ポンプに おいて、 前記案内装置(1)の1つのフローエッジ(12)又は複数のフローエッジ( 4)が、羽根車軸線(13)と角度を形成して配置され、羽根車の羽根を通過す る際に羽根車羽根とそれぞれのフローエッジ(4,12)が点状に交差すること を特徴とする回転子形ポンプ。 2. 斜めのフローエッジ(4,12)の長さが、案内装置(1)の幅より長 いことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の回転子形ポンプ。 3. フローエッジ(4,12)の終点(6,7)が、羽根車の羽根ピッチの 0.1〜1.2倍だけ互いにずれて配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項又は第2項に記載の回転子形ポンプ。 4. 羽根車出口とフローエッジとの間にほぼ一様なスリットが形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の 回転子形ポンプ。 5. それぞれのフローエッジ(4,12)が、非直線形の形状を有すること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の回転子 形ポンプ。 6. フローエッジ(4,12)が矢状であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 5項に記載の回転子形ポンプ。 7. 羽根車の出口エッジが矢状であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項か ら第6項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の回転子形ポンプ。 8. 案内装置(1)のフローエッジ(4,12)と羽根車の羽根の出口エッ ジとがそれぞれ位置する平面の間の間隔が異なることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項から第7項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の回転子形ポンプ。
