Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガス流入口(2)とサーチガス敏感なディテクタ(4)とを備えており、 流入口(2)に達する、漏洩発生時にはサーチガスを含むガス流を、ディテクタ (4)に全部又は一部供給するサーチガス漏洩検出器(1)を運転するための方 法において、 ガス流を、有利には周期的に調整し、サーチガスディテクタ(4)の信号を 、ガス流の調整と同期的に処理することを特徴とする、サーチガス検出器を運転 するための方法。 2. ガス流の調整と、サーチガスディテクタの信号の処理とをロックイン原理 に従って行う、請求項1記載の方法。 3. 場合によってはサーチガスを含むガス流を、サーチガスディテクタ(4) に直接的に又は間接的にーサーチガスディテクタ(4)に接続された高真空ポン プ(6)とは逆流で−供給する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4. 調整周波数及び信号処理周波数が、給電網周波数の範囲内又は真空機構の 時定数の範囲内に存在しないようにする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記 載の方法。 5. 請求項1から4までの方法を行うのに適したサーチガス漏洩検出器(1) であって、流入口(2) とサーチガスディテクタ(4)とを備えた形式のものにおいて、 流入側に、流入ガス流を調整するための装置(16,17,18)が設けら れていることを特徴とする、サーチガス漏洩検出器。 6. 流入ガス流を調整するための装置として、調整可能な弁(16)又は調整 可能な絞り(17)又は回転式のスロットルバルブ(18)が設けられている、 請求項5記載のサーチガス漏洩検出器。 7. サーチガスディテクタ(4)が質量分析計であって、このサーチガスディ テクタ(4)の流入口は高真空ポンプに接続されていて、信号出口は増幅器(2 3)に接続されている、請求項5又は6記載の漏洩検出器。 8. 構成部分(16,17,18)の制御及び増幅器(23)の制御のために 周波数発生器(21)が設けられている、請求項7記載の漏洩検出器。
