Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.混合室と、 前記混合室に回動可能に取着された混合部材と、 前記混合部材を回動せしめる駆動手段とを有する骨セメント混合装置において 、 前記駆動手段が、前記混合室に対して軸線方向に往復運動可能なハンドルと、 歯車機構とを含むことを特徴とし、 前記歯車機構が、それによって前記ハンドルの軸線方向の動きが前記混合部材 の回転運動に変換されるように前記ハンドルと前記混合部材との間に設られるこ とを特徴とする骨セメント混合装置。 2.混合室と、 前記混合室に回動可能に取着された混合部材と、 前記混合部材を回転させるためのハンドルを備えた駆動手段とを有する骨セメ ント混合装置において、 前記駆動手段が、前記混合室の蓋アセンブリによって支持されることを特徴と し、 前記蓋アセンブリ及び前記駆動手段が、前記混合室及び前記混合部材から着脱 可能であって、所望に応じて前記蓋アセンブリ及び前記駆動手段を別の混合室及 び混合部材とともに再使用可能であることを特徴とする骨セメント混合装置。 3.前記蓋アセンブリと前記混合部材との間、及び前記蓋アセンブリと前記混合 室との間に気密シールが設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記駆動手段が、前記ハンドルと前記混合部材との間に設けられ、前記ハン ドルの軸線方向の動きを前記混合部材の回転に変換する歯車機構を含むことを特 徴とする請求項2若しくは3に記載の装置。 5.前記歯車機構が、前記ハンドルの軸線方向の動きによってねじ山を切られた ロッドが駆動ブッシュを動かして前記混合部材を回転させる力をもたらすバーリ ーツイスト機構を含むことを特徴とする請求項1若しくは4に記載の装置。 6.前記駆動ブッシュが、前記混合部材の軸シャフトと着脱自在に嵌合すること を特徴とする請求項2、3若しくは5に記載の装置。 7.前記駆動ブッシュと前記シャフトとの間にリブ−溝式位置決め機構を有する ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。 8.前記混合室が射出用注射器の本体部を形成し、前記装置が前記混合室の一端 に取着されたノズルを更に有し、前記混合室の別の一端には、混合された前記骨 セメントを射出すべく、プランジャの力によって前記混合室内を軸線方向に動く ベース部材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の装置 。 9.前記混合室の前記ハンドルから離れた側の一端に着脱自在に取着されるスタ ンドを更に有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の装置。 10.前記混合室の一端において、前記混合部材の形状と実質的に一致する形状 のスロットを更に有し、前記骨セメントの混合の後に前記スロットを通して前記 混合部材を引き抜くことによって、前記混合部材に付着した残りの前記骨セメン トが、前記スロットでこそげ落とされることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れ かに記載の装置。 11.混合室を画定する円筒形の注射器の本体部であるシリンダと、 前記シリンダの一端に摺動自在に取着されたプランジャと、 前記混合室に回動可能に取着された混合部材と、 前記混合部材を回動せしめる駆動手段とを有する整形外科用骨セメント混合装 置において、 前記混合部材が、回動するシャフト上に前記シリンダの軸線に沿って設けられ 、そこから径方向外向きに延出するブレードを備えており、前記シリンダ内部に おいて、前記シャフトの回転が前記ブレードの前記シャフトの軸周りの回転をも たらすことを特徴とし、 前記ブレードが前記シャフトから延出して前記シリンダの内側壁に達しており 、前記ブレードの回転によって、前記シリンダの内部に存在する全ての前記骨セ メントをぬぐい取るように設けられていることを特徴とする骨セメント混合装置 。 12.前記混合室内において真空状態を生成する手段を含む請求項1乃至11の 何れかに記載の装置。 13.混合室内に回転自在に取着された混合部材によって、混合される材料を入 れた前記混合室内で骨セメントを混合する方法であって、 前記混合室に対して軸線方向に駆動ハンドルを動かす過程を有し、 前記ハンドルが歯車機構を介して前記混合部材と連結されており、前記ハンド ルの軸線方向の動きが、前記歯車機構を介して前記混合部材の回転に変換される ことを特徴とする骨セメントの混合方法。
