Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.チタンおよび/またはジルコニウムならびに有機皮膜形成剤を含有し、1 〜3.5のpH値を有する水溶液で処理することによって無濯ぎ法でアルミニウ ムおよびアルミニウム合金の表面に無クロム化成被覆を形成する方法であって、 a)2.2〜22.0g/LのZr(IV)および/または1.4〜14.0g/ LのTi(IV)、 b)2.4〜24.0g/Lのオルトホスフェート、 c)3.0〜30.0g/Lのフルオライド、 d)0.15〜1.5g/Lの水溶性または水に均一に分散し得る有機皮膜形 成剤 を含有する溶液と表面を接触させ、1〜40秒の接触時間の後、濯ぎをせずに、 50〜125℃の温度で表面において溶液を乾燥させる方法。 2.処理溶液が、 a)4.3〜13.0g/LのZr(IV)および/または2.8〜8.5g/L のTi(IV)、 b)4.8〜14.3g/Lのオルトホスフェート、 c)6.0〜18.2g/Lのフルオライド、 d)0.28〜0.82g/Lの水溶性または水に均一に分散し得る有機皮膜 形成剤 を含有する請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.処理溶液がチタンおよびジルコニウムの両方を含有しており、Ti:Zr の重量比が好ましくは3:1〜1:3である請求の範囲1または2記載の方法。 4.有機皮膜形成剤がカルボキシ官能性ポリマー、特にアクリル酸および/も しくはメタクリル酸のホモポリマーならびに/またはコポリマーであり、200 00〜約150000、好ましくは40000〜100000の平均分子量を有 する請求の範囲1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.処理溶液の温度が15〜50℃、好ましくは20〜35℃の範囲である請 求の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.処理溶液のpH値が1.5〜2.5である請求の範囲1〜5のいずれかに記 載の方法。 7.処理溶液を、3〜10mL/m2の量、特に4〜8mL/m2の量で液膜の 形態で金属表面に適用する請求の範囲1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.液膜を50〜80℃の温度で乾燥する請求の範囲1〜7のいずれかに記載 の方法。 9.濃厚物1重量部当たり2〜50重量部の水で希釈することによって、請求 の範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法に基づいて直ぐに使用できる処理溶液を生 成する水性濃厚物。
