Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体フローを制御するシステムであって、 第1溶液を有する第1コンテナを保持し得るホルダと、 該ホルダに接続されたフローを制御する手段を有するプロセッサユニットであ って、該フローを制御する手段が、該ホルダ内の該第1コンテナからの該第1溶 液のフローを制御し得る、プロセッサユニットと、 第2コンテナを保持し得るトレイであって、該フローを制御する手段が、該第 2コンテナへの第2溶液のフローを制御し得る、トレイと、 を備えているシステム。 2.前記ホルダ内の前記第1コンテナの前記第1溶液を加熱し得る、該ホルダに 組み込まれたヒータをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 3.前記トレイ上に配置された前記第2コンテナの重量を測定し得る、該トレイ に組み込まれたスケールをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 4.前記フローを制御する手段が、前記第1コンテナからの前記第1溶液のフロ ーを制御する充填バルブを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 5.前記フローを制御する手段が、前記第2コンテナへの前記第2溶液のフロー を制御する排出バルブを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 6.前記ホルダを前記プロセッサユニットに接続するアームをさらに備えている 、請求項1に記載のシステム。 7.前記プロセッサユニットを前記トレイに接続するアームをさらに備えている 、請求項1に記載のシステム。 8.前記プロセッサユニットに操作可能に接続されているディスプレイをさらに 備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 9.前記プロセッサユニットに操作可能に接続されている入力手段をさらに備え ている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 10.前記ホルダと前記プロセッサユニットと構造的関係を形成する手段をさらに 備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 11.前記ホルダ内の前記第1コンテナを実質的に封入するために、該ホルダに接 続されているカバーをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 12.前記システムをアクティブ状態にするために、前記トレイに操作可能に接続 されている電源スイッチをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 13.前記プロセッサユニットの位置を変更するための手段をさらに備えている、 請求項1に記載のシステム。 14.前記ホルダ、前記プロセッサユニットおよび前記トレイを解除して、非操作 可能位置に方向づけるための手段をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステ ム。 15.前記プロセッサユニットに操作可能に接続された、可聴信号を生成し得る可 聴手段をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 16.前記プロセッサユニットに操作可能に接続された補助プロセッサを前記トレ イ内にさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 17.前記プロセッサユニットに操作可能に接続された実時間クロックをさらに備 えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 18.前記システムのアクティブ状態を制御するために、前記プロセッサユニット に操作可能に接続されたプログラム可能なタイミング手段をさらに備えている、 請求項1に記載のシステム。 19.前記プロセッサユニットのプログラミングを制御するために、オペレータ作 動キーをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 20.前記オペレータ作動キーが前記プロセッサユニットによって変更可能である 、請求項19に記載のシステム。 21.前記フローを制御する手段が、空気ポンプである、請求項1に記載のシステ ム。 22.前記コンテナ内の前記第1溶液の温度を検出する感知手段をさらに備えてい る、請求項1に記載のシステム。 23.前記トレイと共に構築され配置された、該トレイ上の前記第2コンテナの重 量を測定し得る複数のひずみゲージをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のシス テム。 24.流体フローを制御する方法であって、 第1溶液を有する第1コンテナを吊さずに該第1コンテナを保持し得るホルダ を提供する工程と、 第2溶液を有する第2コンテナを吊さずに該第2コンテナを保持し得るトレイ を提供する工程であって、該第1コンテナが該第2コンテナと離れて配置されて いる、工程と、 該第1コンテナからの該第1溶液のフローおよび該第2コンテナへの該第2溶 液のフローを制御する工程と、 を包含する方法。 25.前記第2コンテナを除去せずに、該第2コンテナ内の前記第2溶液の重量を 測定する工程をさらに包含する、請求項24に記載の方法。 26.前記ホルダ内の前記第1溶液を加熱する工程をさらに包含する、請求項24に 記載の方法。 27.前記第1コンテナを前記ホルダに選択的に封入する工程をさらに包含する、 請求項24に記載の方法。 28.前記第1コンテナ内の前記第1溶液の温度を感知する工程をさらに包含する 、請求項24に記載の方法。 29.前記第1コンテナの排出および前記第2コンテナの充填を制御する工程をさ らに包含する、請求項24に記載の方法。 30.前記第2コンテナの重量を測定した後にのみ前記第1コンテナを排出する工 程をさらに包含する、請求項24に記載の方法。 31.前記ホルダおよび前記トレイを、使用には不適切な第2位置に折り曲げる工 程をさらに包含する、請求項24に記載の方法。 32.行った機能を示すディスプレイを提供する工程をさらに包含する、請求項24 の方法。 33.前記第1コンテナを前記ホルダ内に選択的に封入するためにカバーを提供す る工程をさらに包含する、請求項24に記載の方法。 34.前記フローの制御が、空気ポンピングによってなされる、請求項24に記載の 方法。 35.袋ホルダで合って、 袋を保持するために選択的にオープン可能なコンテナと、 該袋ホルダ内に該コンテナを封入するカバーであって、該コンテナに蝶番式に 取り付けられているカバーと、 該袋内の溶液を加熱し得る、該コンテナに組み込まれている加熱素子と、 を有する袋ホルダ。 36.前記カバーの延長部が挿入される前記コンテナの開口部をさらに有し、該カ バーが該開口部で回動可能である、請求項35に記載の袋ホルダ。 37.前記加熱素子が、前記コンテナ内にエッチングされたフィルムである、請求 項35に記載の袋ホルダ。 38.前記袋内の前記溶液の温度変化を検出するために、前記加熱素子と共に組み 込まれているセンサをさらに有する、請求項35に記載の袋ホルダ。 39.前記コンテナが絶縁されている、請求項35に記載の袋ホルダ。 40.排出袋を吊さずに該排出袋を保持し得る排出トレイと、 溶液袋を吊さずに該溶液袋を保持し得るポーチと、 該排出トレイを該ポーチに接続する折りたたみ可能な連結部と、 患者から該排出袋への流体のフローおよび該溶液袋から該患者への流体のフロ ーを制御するために、該排出袋および該溶液袋に操作可能に接続されているフロ ー制御手段を有するプロセッサと、 を有するポータブル腹膜透析交換システム。 41.前記排出袋の重量を測定するために、前記排出トレイに組み込まれたスケー ルをさらに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。 42.前記溶液袋およびその内容物を加熱するために、前記ポーチに組み込まれた 加熱手段をさらに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。 43.前記ポーチが絶縁されている、請求項40に記載のシステム。 44.前記フロー制御手段が流体のフローを制御することを助けるために、前記プ ロセッサと関連したバルブをさらに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。 45.前記プロセッサが、前記排出トレイと前記ポーチとの間に構築され配置され 、該ポーチが前記溶液袋からの流体を該プロセッサの方へ重力によって供給する 、請求項40に記載のシステム。 46.前記プロセッサの機能を表示する、該プロセッサと関連したディスプレイを さらに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。 47.前記プロセッサのプログラム可能な機能を制御するために、該プロセッサと 関連したキーをさらに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。 48.前記ポーチを選択的に開閉するために、構築され配置されているカバーをさ らに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。 49.前記ポーチの向きに影響を与えずに、前記プロセッサの向きを調整する手段 をさらに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。 50.前記連結部を選択的に折りたたむために、該連結部に構築され配置されてい るハンドルをさらに有する、請求項40に記載のシステム。
