Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体の複素粘性係数の測定を行う粘度計であり、該粘度計は振動手段を有し 、前記振動手段は、流体表面に交互運動を伝達することにより、前記流体に対応 した交互流動を起こさせ得るようになっていると共に、該流動により、前記流体 が、該流体の粘性係数に関係づけられた反作用としての交互的作用力を、前記振 動手段上に作用させ得るようになっており、前記反作用としての交互的作用力に 関係づけられた作用力信号を発する作用力測定手段を設け、前記流体表面の交互 運動に関係づけられた運動信号を発する変位測定手段を設け、前記作用力信号と 前記運動信号に基づいて前記流体の複素粘性係数を演算する処理手段を設けて構 成される。 2.前記流体表面へ伝達される交互運動は、前記表面に対して実質的に垂直な方 向において行われる請求項1記載の粘度計。 3.前記振動手段は電気機械式振動装置である請求項1記載の粘度計。 4.前記電気機械式振動装置は、生成された制御信号に反応するようになってい る請求項3記載の粘度計。 5.前記制御信号は、ランダム又は擬似ランダム信号である請求項4記載の粘度 計。 6.前記変位測定手段は、前記流体の表面の運動に応じて変化する静電容量を示 す装置を有する請求項1記載の粘度計。 7.前記作用力測定手段はロードセルである請求項1記載の粘度計。 8.前記処理手段は、前記作用力信号のフーリエ変換F(ω)及び、前記運動信 号のフーリエ変換H(ω)を行い、前記作用力信号のフーリエ変換の、前記運動 信号のフーリエ変換に対する比F(ω)/H(ω)を算出するようになっている 請求項1記載の粘度計。 9.前記振動手段は、その一方が半径aの円形である、実質的に平行な2枚のプ レートを有しており、これらプレートは平均間隔hにより隔離されており、前記 流体は前記2枚のプレートの間に保持されるようになっており、前記処理手段は 、前記流体の複素モジュールG*(ω)を、公式; によって演算するようになっている請求項1記載の粘度計。 10.前記振動手段は、同軸シリンダの組み合わせを含んでいる請求項1記載の 粘度計。 11.流体の粘性係数を測定する方法であり、この方法は、 交互運動を流体表面に伝達することにより、前記流体に対応した交互流動を 起こさせると共に、該流動により、前記流体に、該流体の粘性係数に関係づけら れた反作用としての交互的作用力を発生させ、 前記反作用としての交互的作用力に関係づけられた作用力信号を発し、 前記流体表面の交互運動に関係づけられた運動信号を発し、 前記作用力信号と前記運動信号に基づいて前記流体の粘性係数を演算する、 これらステップから構成されている。 12.前記流体表面に伝達される交互運動は、前記表面に対して実質的に垂直な 方向において行われる請求項11記載の方法。 13.前記交互運動は電気機械式振動装置によって伝達される請求項11記載の 方法。 14.前記振動装置は、ランダム又は擬似ランダム信号により作動される請求項 13記載の方法。 15.変位が、前記流体表面の運動に応じて変化する静電容量を示す装置により 測定されるようになっている請求項11記載の方法。 16.作用力が、ロードセルにより測定されるようになっている請求項11記載 の方法。 17.前記複素粘性係数は、前記作用力信号のフーリエ変換F(ω)及び、前記 運動信号のフーリエ変換H(ω)及び、前記作用力信号のフーリエ変換の、前記 運動信号のフーリエ変換に対する比F(ω)/H(ω)を得ることにより演算さ れるようになっている請求項11記載の方法。 18.前記交互運動は、その一方が半径aをもつ、実質的に平行な2枚のプレー トにより伝達されるようになっており、これらプレートは平均間隔hにより隔離 されており、前記流体は前記2枚のプレートの間に保持されるようになっており 、前記流体の複素モジュールG*(ω)が、公式; によって演算されるようになっている請求項11記載の方法。 19.前記交互運動は、前記流体を同軸シリンダの組み合わせの間に配置するこ とにより伝達されるようになっている請求項11記載の方法。
