Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 4,6−ジヒドロキシピリミジンを好適な塩基の存在中でホスゲンで処理 することを含む4,6−ジクロロピリミジンを製造するための方法。 2. 塩基:ホスゲンのモル比が1:10から10:1の範囲内である、請求の 範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 方法が溶媒または溶媒の混合物中で実施される、請求の範囲第1項または 第2項に記載の方法。 4. 塩基が、式R1R2R3N(式中、R1、R2およびR3は独立してC1-10アル キル、アリール、ヘテロアリールまたはアリール(C1-4)アルキルである)の 第3級アミン、またはC1-10アルキルにより場合により置換された複素環式アミ ンである、請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項に記載の方法。 5. ホスゲンが4,6−ジヒドロキシピリミジンおよび好適な塩基の混合物に 添加される、請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項または第4項に記載の方法。 6. ホスゲンを塩素化溶媒中の4,6−ジヒドロキシピリミジンおよび好適な 塩基の混合物に添加することを含み、4,6−ジヒドロキシピリミジン:好適な 塩基:ホスゲンのモル比が1:(0.8から2.5):(2.5から3.6)の 範囲内である、請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項、第4項または第5項に記載 の方法。 7. ホスゲンをニトリル溶媒中の4,6−ジヒドロキシピリミジンおよび好適 な塩基の混合物に添加することを含み、4,6−ジヒドロキシピリミジン:好適 な塩基:ホスゲンのモル比が1:(0.1から2.4):(4から9)の範囲内 である、請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項、第4項または第5項に記載の方法 。 8. 塩基がジメチルアニリンまたはジイソプロピルエチルアミンである、前記 請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
