Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一定の直径と水平または水平の30°以内に配置された縦軸とを有する 第1円筒サイクロンボディーを含んで成る水平サイクロン分離機であって、該第 1サイクロンボデイーは、 蒸気と同伴固体との渦巻を形成するための、蒸気流れ及び同伴固体のための接 線方向蒸気入口を有する開口端部分;第1円筒サイクロンボディー内に伸びる入 口と、第1円筒サイクロンボディーの縦軸と整列された蒸気出口チューブ縦軸と を有する、開口端部分内の円筒蒸気出口チューブ;蒸気及び同伴固体のための第 1円筒サイクロンボディーの反対の端の渦巻出口であって、該渦巻出口は蒸気出 口チューブと軸が整列した中心を有する環状開口を含んで成り、ここで該渦巻出 口は第1円筒サイクロンボディーの直径以下の直径を有する;一定の長さ及び接 線方向入口において第1サイクロンボディーの直径よりも小さい直径を有する円 筒側壁を有する渦巻収納円筒ボディー、該渦巻収納円筒ボディーは第1サイクロ ンボディー縦軸と軸が整列した縦軸を有し、そして気体と同伴固体との渦巻が入 るのを許すための第1サイクロンボディーの渦巻出口と連結した開口端、該開口 端からの渦巻収納円筒ボディーの反対の端に位置する密閉端部分、並びに渦巻収 納円筒ボディーの側壁内の固体及びガス出口スロットを含んで成り、ここで該ス ロットは渦巻収納円筒ボディーの低部内にあり、渦巻収納円筒ボディーの軸に平 行であり、かつ渦巻収納円筒ボディーの長さの少なくとも50%の長さを有する ;を有する、 前記の水平サイクロン分離機。 2. スロットが渦巻−収納円筒ボディーの長さと等しい長さを有する、請求 項1に記載のサイクロン。 3. スロットが渦巻−収納円筒ボディーからの固体及びガスの接線方向除去 のための斜角エッジを有する、請求項2記載のサイクロン。 4. 第1円筒ボディー及び渦巻−収納円筒ボディーが水平に取り付けられて いる、請求項1記載のサイクロン。 5. スロットが渦巻−収納円筒ボディーの軸の下にある、請求項4に記載の サイクロン。 6. 側壁上のスロット出口の開口面積が固体出口の開口面積の10%〜10 0%である、請求項1に記載のサイクロン。 7. 渦巻−収納円筒ボディーの直径が接線方向入口における第1サイクロン ボディーの直径の100〜150%である、請求項1に記載のサイクロン。 8. 切頭コニカル部分が第1サイクロンボディーと渦巻−収納円筒ボディー とを連結する、請求項7に記載のサイクロン。 9. 渦巻−収納円筒ボディーが第1サイクロンボディー内の蒸気出口の長さ と少なくとも等しい長さを有する、請求項1に記載のサイクロン。 10. 一定の直径と水平または水平から30°以内に配置された縦軸とを有 する第1円筒サイクロンボディーを含んで成る水平サイクロン分離機であって、 該第1サイクロンボディーは、 蒸気と同伴固体との渦巻を形成するための蒸気流れと同伴固体とのための接線 方向蒸気入口を有する開口端部分;第1円筒サイクロンボディー内に伸びる入口 と、第1円筒サイクロンボディーの縦軸と整列された蒸気出口チューブ縦軸とを 有する、開口端部分内の円筒蒸気出口チューブ;蒸気と同伴固体とのための第1 円筒サイクロンボディーの反対の端の渦巻出口、該渦巻出口は蒸気出口チューブ と軸が整列した中心を有する環状開口を含んで成り、そして渦巻出口は第1円筒 サイクロンボディーの直径以下の直径を有する;一定の半径、高度及び縦軸を有 する、直円筒の表面の上側の半分を含んで成る渦巻出口と流動的に連結された、 ハーフパイプ延長部、ここで延長部の半径は第1サイクロンボディーの半径未満 であり、延長部の高度はサイクロンボディー内に伸びる蒸気出口チューブの入口 と同じかまたはそれより大きく、そして延長部の縦軸は蒸気出口チューブと軸が 整列している;を有する、 水平サイクロン分離機。
