Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1表面および第2表面を有し、かつ2点以上において支持されている第 1基体を、前記支持点の2つの間に配置された積層ゾーン中に導入し、但し、前 記第1基体が前記積層ゾーン中において支持されることがないようにする工程、 第1表面および第2表面を有する第2基体を、前記積層ゾーンに導入し、かつ 前記第2基体を、積層バーのまわりを通過させて前記両基体の両第1表面を、互 いに対向する関係に位置せしめ、但し、前記両第1表面の少なくとも1つに、被 覆層を設けておく工程、および 前記積層バーを押し下げて、前記第1基体を前記第2基体に積層する工程、 を含む、積層体を製造する方法。 2.前記両基体の各々が約0.64mm(25ミル)以下の厚さを有している、請求の 範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.前記積層バーが中実固体ロッドの形状を有する、請求の範囲第1項に記載 の方法。 4.前記積層バーが中空管の形状を有する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.前記積層バーが空気加圧された管の形状を有し、この空気加圧管が前記第 2基体とこの管との間に空気のクッションを形成するに適合している、請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。 6.前記両基体の少なくとも一つが連続ベルトの形状を有している、請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.前記被覆層が実質的に溶剤を含まず、かつ重合可能である、請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。 8.前記被覆層が、液晶と重合可能なマトリックス反応体との混合物の状態に あり、前記混合物が、重合により、重合体分散液晶フィルムを形成するものであ る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.前記被覆層が反応体の状態にあり、この反応体が、重合により感圧性接着 剤を形成するものである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 10.前記両第1表面が、重合可能な被覆層を有している、請求の範囲第1項に 記載の方法。
