Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ガスタービンエンジンのタービン領域のためのシール支持体であって、前 記ガスタービンエンジンは、長手方向軸を中心として配設されて、ベーンアッセ ンブリを備えたタービンノズルアッセンブリを有し、そのタービン領域は、前記 ベーンアッセンブリの軸方向下流側に配設されたロータアッセンブリを有してい るとともに、このベーンアセンブリは、固定具によって前記タービンノズルアッ センブリに取り付けられたベーンを有しており、かつ、前記ベーンアッセンブリ と前記ロータアッセンブリの軸方向の離間によってキャビティが画成され、この キャビティは、流体が周方向に流れる環状体の流路面を画成しているとともに、 その一部が、シール支持体によって支持されたブラシシールでシールされている ものであって、該シール支持体は、 取り付けた状態で前記ベーンアッセンブリ部分に被さるようにして延び、かつ 前記キャビティ内の空隙損失を最低としているとともに、前記ベーンにブラシシ ール支持部を取り付けるべく前記ベーンに連結する手段を有したカバープレート 部分と、 前記ガスタービンエンジンの運転中には、取り付けた状態で前記ブラシシール の軸方向支持体となる、前記カバープレートから延びた支持アームと、を有する ことを特徴とするガスタービンエンジンのタービン領域のためのシール支持体。 2. 前記支持アームは、前記ブラシシール支持部を通して前記キャ ビティに流体を流して、上記キャビティをパージすることができるようになった 開口を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール支持体。 3. 前記シール支持体は、さらに扇形コーナを有し、前記ベーンアッセンブリ もまた、周方向に互いに隣接した複数のブラシシール支持部を有し、かつ、前記 扇形コーナは、隣接したブラシシール支持部の扇形コーナとともに開口を画成し ていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシール支持体。 4. 前記ブラシシール支持部は、取り付けた状態で反発されているとともに、 前記シール支持体と前記タービンノズルアッセンブリの間が互いに嵌入されてい て、前記シール支持体を緩衝するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載のシール支持体。
