Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 回転する複数のファンブレードを備えたターボファンエンジン用の航空機 用ファン容体システムであって、この容体システムは、 前記ファンブレードを取り囲んでいる円筒状ケースと、 前記ケース長さの主要部分にわたって延びている大径容体部分と、 前記ケースの前部端での小径ネック固定部分と、 前記ケースの前記容体部分と前記固定部分の双方を取り囲んでいる耐衝撃性織 布の多重に重ねられた層と、を有していて、 前記織布は、前記ケースの周方向に延びた縦ヤーンを有しており、かつ、 前記固定部分を取り囲む前記重ね合わされた部分の縦ヤーンは、前記容体部分 を取り囲んでいる重ね合わされた部分の縦ヤーンよりも均等な応力の下では短く されていることを特徴とする航空機用ファン容体システム。 2. 前記ネック部分の前記織布は、少なくともその周方向の一部が硬化された エポキシ樹脂により含浸されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容体シス テム。 3. 前記大径容体部分と前記小径ネック部分の間の段差は、前記小径ネック部 分の径の2%よりも大きくされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容体シ ステム。 4. 周方向に延び、かつ、0.25mmよりも大きな径の前面外側コーナーを 有しているフランジによって形成された段差を有していることを特徴とする請求 項3に記載の容体システム。 5. 前記ネック部分の織布部分は、少なくとも周方向、かつ、前記多重層の全 厚さにわたって硬化したエポキシ樹脂により含浸されていることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の容体システム。 6. 前記大径容体部分と前記小径ネック部分の間の段差は、前記小径ネック部 分の2%よりも大きくされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の容体システ ム。 7. 前記大径容体部分と前記小径ネック部分の間の段差は、前記小径ネック部 分の2%よりも大きくされていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容体システ ム。 8. 周方向に延び、かつ、0.25mmよりも大きな径の前面外側コーナーを 有しているフランジによって形成された段差を有していることを特徴とする請求 項6に記載の容体システム。 9. 周方向に延び、かつ、0.25mmよりも大きな径の前面外側コーナーを 有しているフランジにより形成された段差を有していることを特徴とする請求項 7に記載の容体システム。
