Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.増し密度を有する粉末冶金製品の製法において、鉄粉と、高温潤滑剤と、 任意に有機結合剤とを混合する工程と、 この混合物を周囲温度より高い温度に加熱する工程と、 熱粉末組成物を予熱したダイに移し、この組成物を上昇させた温度で圧縮する工 程と、 その圧縮体を少なくとも1120℃の温度で焼結する工程と を包含し、 しかも、該鉄粉が未合金化鉄粒子の外部表面に拡散した1種以上の合金元素を有 する拡散結合粉末であり、前記潤滑剤は1工程で加える、上記製法。 2.圧縮は1工程で、約400〜800MPaの圧力で実施する、請求項1記 載の方法。 3.焼結は1工程で実施する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.圧縮と焼結との両方は1工程として実施する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 5.合金元素はNi、Cu、Mo、Cr、Mn及びSiから選択する、請求項 4記載の方法。 6.粉末組成物とダイとを少なくとも120℃に予熱する、請求項1〜5のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.組成物を少なくとも120℃において圧縮する、請求項6記載の方法。 8.潤滑剤は、任意に金属セッケン及び/又はワックスと組合せられた、ポリ アミド又はアミド型オリゴマー化合物から成る群から選択する、請求項1〜6の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.約7.1〜7.5g/ccの焼結密度を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか 1項に記載の方法によって製造された製品。 10.Ni0〜6%、Cu0〜5%、Mo0〜6%、Cr0〜4%、Mn0〜 4%及びSi0〜3%を包含する、請求項9記載の製品。 11.未合金化鉄粒子の外部表面に拡散結合した少なくとも1種の合金元素を 有する鉄粉から製造され、それによって、約400〜800MPaの圧力及び1 20℃より高い、好ましくは150℃より高い温度で圧縮されたときに約7.0 〜7.5g/ccの未焼結密度を有する未焼結体。 10.未合金化鉄粒子の外部表面に拡散結合した少なくとも1種の合金元素を 有する鉄粉の、約7.1〜7.5g/ccの焼結密度を有する単圧縮及び単焼結 された製品の製造への使用法。
