Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. シングルプルコアにより鋳造可能で、かつ、翼前縁にトリップストリップ を有している中空の空冷型タービンブレードにおいて、このタービンブレードは 、 正圧面と負圧面とを有する翼型と、 前記正圧面から前記負圧面にまで延びた複数の互いに平行なリブと、 セラミックコアを形成するためのダイパーティングラインに対応し、前記リブ に対して垂直な方向に関して前記翼型の最前端となる点を通り、かつ、前記リブ まで通っているパーティングラインと、 最小半径を有して前記最前端から前記正圧側の壁上に配置された空力的翼前縁 と、 前記正圧側において前記翼前縁回りに延び、かつ、前記パーティングラインま では延びていないトリップストリップと、を有することを特徴とする空冷型中空 タービンブレード。 2. 負圧面側に設けられ、前記パーティングラインまで届いていないトリップ ストリップを有し、かつ、このトリップストリップから前記パーティングライン までの距離は、前記正圧面側における前記トリップストッリップから前記パーテ ィングラインまでの距離よりも小さくされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の空冷型中空タービンブレード。 3. 前記翼型は、先端部から根本部にまで延びた径方向を有し、 前記スリップストリップは、前記径方向に対して約45°の角度で配置された 請求項1に記載の空冷型中空タービンブレード。 4. 前記翼型は、先端部から根本部にまで延びた径方向を有し、 前記スリップストリップは、前記径方向に対して約45°の角度で配置された 請求項2に記載の空冷型中空タービンブレード。
