(57)【要約】 【課題】本発明の課題は、然程有能でない技術者でも組
み立てたり、適合させることができるように改善した下
腿用義足を提供することである。 【解決手段】課題を解決するため、本発明は、アダプタ

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、下腿の断端を収
容する下腿ソケット及び管延長部を有し、両者は下腿ソ
ケットの下端に固定されたアダプタを介して互いに結合
されてなる下腿用義足に関する。
【０００２】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】この発明は、然程有能
でない技術者でも組み立てたり、適合させることができ
るように改善した下腿用義足を提供することを目的とす
る。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するた
め、本発明は、アダプタは下腿ソケットの下端に対し球
欠面上で移動可能かつ固定可能であり、球欠面の、２つ
の直交する断面によって形成された円弧は、矢状面及び
額面にあり、該球欠面を形成する球の中心点は膝中央で
あること、を特徴とする。
【０００４】本発明に基づいてアダプタを調整すること
によって、屈曲及び伸展並びにスナップ式着脱のための
訂正を容易かつ迅速に行なうことができる。
【０００５】屈曲、伸展、外転及び内転のために下腿ソ
ケットの下方で足装着部の位置を変えても、膝中心にあ
る中心点との間隔は常に一定である。従って、然程有能
でない技術者でも、組立の重大な間違いをせずに、位置
の変更を行なうことができる。断端の位置が正常でなく
訂正の必要がある場合に、正常の位置に対し下腿ソケッ
トのみを調整する。従って、義肢下部における再調整を
行なう必要がない。
【０００６】義肢の種々の寸法に対して僅かな構造部品
で済ませるように、下腿用義足を製造するためのコンパ
クトな構造部品は、例えば寸法の異なった３つの下腿ソ
ケットのみを揃えればよい。該下腿ソケットは、その時
々の寸法の範囲で最長と考えられる断端に嵌まるように
夫々設計されている。３つの寸法の範囲でなお断端長が
異なるときは、その断端長は、下腿ソケットに１つ又は
複数の支持クッションを入れることによって補償され
る。断端の円周が異なるときは、その円周はシェル状に
形成された下腿ソケットを締付装置によって再度締め付
けることによって補償される。脚の長さが異なるとき
は、その長さは構造部品に設けられたシャフトを短くす
ることによって現場で容易に適合される。
【０００７】踝成形体を具備し、該踝成形体の上端は下
腿ソケットの下端を摺動可能に覆い、踝成形体の下端は
足装着部に飛沫防止に接続するための密閉リップを有す
ることは好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、図面を参照して本発明の実
施の形態を詳述する。下腿の断端を収容する下腿ソケッ
ト(Unterschenkeltrichter) １及び管延長部２を具備す
る下腿用義足が示されている。両者は下腿ソケット１の
下端３に固定されたアダプタ４を介して互いに結合され
ている。
【０００９】アダプタ４は下腿ソケット１の下端３に対
し球欠面５上で移動可能かつ固定可能である。球欠面５
の円弧は球欠面及び額面(Frontebene)にあり、球欠面５
の中心点６は膝中央である。
【００１０】下腿ソケット１の下端３の内側には、該下
端３に対応して形成されたアダプタシェル４ａがアダプ
タ４に関連して設けられている。アダプタシェル４ａは
上方から締付ねじ７によって付勢される。
【００１１】管延長部２は締付固定具８によって回転調
整可能にアダプタ４に取着されている。
【００１２】更に、外観的な踝成形体９が具備されてい
る。踝成形体９の上端は下腿ソケット１の下端３を摺動
可能に覆い、踝成形体９の下端は足装着部１２に飛沫防
止に接続するための密閉リップ１１を有する。足装着部
１２はピラミッド状に形成されたアダプタ１０を介して
管延長部２の下端に着脱自在に取着されている。

シェル状に形成された下腿ソケット１を締付装置１３に
よって再度締め付けることによって補償される。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 下腿の断端を収容する下腿ソケット
    （１）及び管延長部（２）を有し、両者は前記下腿ソケ
    ット（１）の下端（３）に固定されたアダプタ（４）を
    介して互いに結合されてなる下腿用義足において、 前記アダプタ（４）は前記下腿ソケット（１）の前記下
    端（３）に対し球欠面（５）上で移動可能かつ固定可能
    であり、前記球欠面（５）の、２つの直交する断面によ
    って形成された円弧は、矢状面及び額面にあり、該球欠
    面（５）を形成する球の中心点（６）は膝中央であり、
    前記球欠面（５）は、前記アダプタ（４）用の唯一の調
    整面であること、を特徴とする下腿用義足。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記下腿ソケット（１）の前記下端
    （３）の内側には、該下端（３）に対応して形成されか
    つ上方から締付ねじ（７）によって付勢されるアダプタ
    シェル（４ａ）が前記アダプタ（４）に関連して設けら
    れていること、を特徴とする請求項１に記載の下腿用義
    足。
  3. 【請求項３】 管延長部（２）は締付固定具（８）によ
    って回転調整可能に前記アダプタ（４）に固定されてい
    ること、を特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の下腿用義
    足。
  4. 【請求項４】 外観用の踝成形体（９）を具備し、該踝
    成形体（９）の上端は前記下腿ソケット（１）の前記下
    端（３）を摺動可能に覆い、前記踝成形体（９）の下端
    は足装着部（１２）に飛沫防止に接続するための密閉リ
    ップ（１１）を有すること、を特徴とする請求項１乃至
    ３のいずれか１に記載の下腿用義足。
