用語の説明(上記第1項の用語)
i)容器とは、食品容器、植木鉢、花瓶、食品以外の物

剤と硬化促進剤を入れ、それを注型して硬化する樹脂
で。以下に樹脂例を示す、メタクリル樹脂の硬化剤、硬
化促進剤の混合の割合、加熱時間、加熱温度、冷却温度
等は1実施例で他の混合割合、加熱時間、加熱温度、冷
却温度等は含む。
A)メタクリル酸メチル(以下MMAという)の硬化に
過酸化ベンゾイル(以下BPOという)をMMA重量比
に対しBPO0.5%を加え、かく拌を始める、これを
水浴中80℃になるまで加熱し、冷水で室温まで急冷
し、又80℃になるまで加熱し、室温まで急冷却した少
しねばり状のある液状を注型し室温で硬化する樹脂。

分かく拌するとポリマー粉末がMMAに膨潤溶解したも
のを注型し、樹脂注入口や型空気孔をセロハン紙で密閉
して炭酸ガスで加圧が出来て、しかも加熱が出来る装置
のあるオートクレープ機に入れて加圧加熱して硬化する
樹脂。
C)MMAに前記B項におけるポリマー粉末等を加えた
材料で、その名称はシラツプという、そのシラツプの1
実施例である商品名SY−430(製造会社三菱レーヨ
ン株式会社製)の重量比に対し硬化促進剤SY−A(製
造会社三菱レーヨン株式会社製)を0.2%〜0.5%
を加えた後にメチルエチルケントパーオキシド55%溶
液の硬化剤を0.2〜0.5%を加えた後よくかく拌し
た少しねばり状のある液状を注型し室温で硬化する樹
脂。
D)メタクリル系樹脂に紫外線照射にて硬化する硬化剤
又は硬化剤と硬化促進剤を加えた材料をシリコーンゴム
型にて注型して、それを紫外線照射によって硬化する樹
脂。この項の注型用の型は特許請求の範囲第1項の木
型、粘土型は含まず、シリコーン型のみである。
iii)不飽和ポリエステル硬化剤と硬化促進剤を加え
た材料を注型して室内で硬化する樹脂。本発明は、前記
の製品を製造するのにシリコーンゴム型、木型、粘土型
等の型に硬化剤又は硬化剤と硬化促進剤を入れた樹脂や
MMAとポリマー粉末をかく拌した樹脂を注型して硬化
させて製作した製品に関する。従来市場では、合成樹脂
を用いた製品が製造されているが、これらの製品に使用
しているメタクリル樹脂、ABS樹脂、ナイロン樹脂は
ペレット状にしたものを射出成形機、ブロー成形機の金
型に入れて成形加工をして製造されている、射出成形
機、ブロー成形機に使用する金型は数拾万円から数百万
円以上して高価となる、そして製品は数多く製作しない
と製品価格は安価にすることが出来ない欠点を有してい
る。本発明は、このような欠点を無くするためになされ
たもので、その実施例についてのべれば第1図、第2図
は照明器具グローブを作るために必要な樹脂注入型を作
る実施例で、(1)は油粘土や陶芸に用いる粘土、紙、
ガラス、その他の材料で作られた底部のある円柱状をし
た照明器具グローブ型で、(2)は木材、金属、プラス
テック等で型取り用液状シリコーンゴムを入れる外枠、
(3)は型取り用液状シリコーンゴムが硬化後のシリコ
ーンゴム型、(4)は照明器具グローブを注型するとき
に樹脂を注入するときの注入口成形材、(5)は樹脂を
注入するときシリコーンゴム型(3)内の空気を型外に
放出するための空気孔成形材である。第3図、第4図の
照明器具(10)を作る場合は、外枠(2)の中に硬化
するために必要な硬化剤が入った型取り用液状シリコー
ンゴムを当初少量入れ、それが少し硬化した所で照明器
具グローブ型(1)を入れる.その後逆三角形の頂点を
切断した型ちをした注入口成形材(4)、円柱状の空気
孔成形材(5)を照明器具グローブ型の上に置く(注入
口成形材(4)と空気孔成形材(5)は前もってシリコ
ーンゴム等で作ったものを用いる)そうして硬化剤の入
った型取り用液状シリコーンゴムを注型する。注型後硬
化時間がたてば外枠(2)をシリコーンゴム型(3)か
らはずし、シリコーンゴム型(3)内にある注入口成形
材(4)と空気孔成形材(5)を取り出し、シリコーン
ゴム型(3)をカミソリの刃(刃の厚みのうすい刃物を
使用する)でもって照明器具グローブ型(1)を取り出
しやすい方法で切る(切る場合シリコーンゴム型(3)
を開閉しやすい方法で切る)、切った後照明器具グロー
ブ型(3)を取り出す、その後シリコーンゴム型(3)
の切り口を樹脂注型出来るように閉成して、注入口(4
−1)から光を透す樹脂(容器類は不透明でも良い)を
注型すると同時に型内部の空気は空気孔(5−1)より
型外部に放出する。その後注入口(4−1)、空気孔
(5−1)をセロハン紙で密閉して注型した樹脂を硬化
さす。樹脂硬化後取り出した第3図、第4図の照明器具
グローブ(11)で、(12)は照明器具グローブ(1
1)の底蓋で前記シリコーンゴム型(3)を作るのと同
じ方法で底蓋型(図示せず)を作り、光りを透さない樹
脂を底蓋型に注型して樹脂硬化後型から取り出した底蓋
(12)で、底蓋(12)の側面(13)に電源孔(1
4)を設け底蓋(12)の中心(14)に光源用ランプ
(図示せず)を設け、照明器具グローブ(11)を底蓋
(12)に差し込んで組立てて照明器具(10)を作る
ことができる。又、底蓋(12)は樹脂でなく金属、木
材等他の材質の材料でも良く、照明器具グローブ(1
1)と底蓋(12)との組立は照明器具グローブ(1
1)と底蓋(12)とが公知のネジ込み方式で組立てた
り、側面(13)より照明器具グローブ(11)方向に
ビスネジを組込んで組立ても良い。第5図、第6図は容
器(20)で底面(21)の周囲に立上りを設けた側面
(22)を有し、容器(20)の作る方法は前記シリコ
ーンゴム型(3)を作ると同じ方法で容器型(図示せ
ず)を作り、前記の方法で樹脂を容器型に注型して樹脂
硬化後容器型から取り出してなる容器(20)である。
容器(20)の内部には花を生けて花瓶に使用したり植
物を入れて植木鉢に用いるも良く、又容器型に透明樹脂
を注型して製作した魚類観賞用として用いても良い。第
7図、第8図は物を置く置き台(以後置台という)(3
0)で、側面(31)の上部に上面(32)を有し、置
台(30)の作る方法は前記シリコーンゴム型(3)を
作ると同じ方法で置台型(図示せず)を作り、前記の方
法で樹脂を置台型に注型して樹脂硬化後置台型から取り
出してなる置台(30)である。置台(30)は物品を
上面(32)に置いて用いたり上面(30)に人間が座
る台にしても良く、図示しないが底面(33)に公知の
方法で底部を設け側面(31)又は上面(32)を公知

注型した所に前記フイルム又はシート(42)を置き、
注入口(48)、空気孔(49)有するパネル上型(4
6)をパネル上型(46)をパネル下型(45)に密着
させて注入口(48)より樹脂を注型して注入口(4
8)と空気孔(49)をセロハン紙で密閉して樹脂を硬
化させてパネルを作る。他にパネル(41)を戸枠、窓
枠に組込んでもよい。尚、パネル下型(45)の上面
(48)まで樹脂注型したらパネル下型(45)の上面
(48)にセロハン紙で密閉して樹脂を硬化させてもよ
い。上記の樹脂を注型して室温で硬化して注型型から取
り出した製品を80℃で4〜5時間程加熱するのもよ
い。以上に記載したように、本発明の照明器具、容器、
ステンドグラス、その他電気製品や機械製品の色々の部
品を組立てたその部品を製品ケースに取付ける製品ケー
スに使用することもできる、又第1図乃至第12図以外
の図面の製品も含み、使用する樹脂は任意な顔料、染料
を用いて色々の色彩、模様を用いることができて、樹脂
内部に金属、植物、鉱物、混虫類等入れることができ
て、その上樹脂成形するための型がシリコーンゴム型等
で出来るので安価であるため製作する製品は安価となり
その上少量生産も出来る。この発明の効果は社会的に大
