(57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a segment connecting structure capable of performing the connecting work easily and in a short time, and ensuring the connecting strength such as ensuring the connecting strength in the segment thickness direction. According to the connection structure 1 of the present invention, the other segment 2 to be connected is moved in the tunnel axis direction, and the male connector 6 provided on the other segment 2 is provided on the one segment 2. By inserting and fitting into the fitting hole 4 of the mold connector 5, both segments 2 can be connected easily and in a short time. Further, both the male connector 6 and the female connector 5 are formed in a truncated cone shape, and the male connector 6
The fitting to the female type connecting tool 5 (fitting hole 4) can be performed by a wedge action so that the two segments 2 can be firmly connected. Further, both the male type connector 6 and the female type connector 5 are the connecting surfaces 2a of both segments 2 to be connected.
In the semi-circular notched concave portion 3, the concave portions 3 are engaged with each other in a state of being semi-submerged, so that the connection strength in the segment thickness direction is also strong.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a connecting structure of this kind, a connecting surface of adjacent segments, that is, connecting surfaces of both segments to be connected to each other is abutted, and each connecting plate provided on the both connecting surfaces is penetrated. It is generally known that both connecting plates are connected by tightening both connecting plates with a bolt and a nut screwed to the connecting bolt.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional connecting structure, since the troublesome tightening work of rotating and tightening each of the nuts screwed to the plurality of connecting bolts is required, the connecting work is required. But tends to be cumbersome and time consuming. Moreover, in this conventional connecting structure, since the connecting surfaces of the adjacent segments (both segments to be connected) are simply in contact with each other, the connecting strength in the segment thickness direction without being restrained by the adjacent segments is high. Tends to weaken.

Further, the fact that the connecting strength in the segment thickness direction tends to be weak means that one segment can move in the direction perpendicular to the tunnel axis direction with respect to one segment, In the conventional connection structure, the roundness of the segment ring is poor.

The connection of both segments 2 to be connected using the connecting structure 1 having such a structure is first shown in FIG.
As shown in (a), the other segment 2 to be coupled is moved in the tunnel axial direction (shield propelling direction), and is further moved as shown in FIG. And in FIG.
As shown in (b), with the connecting surfaces 2a of both segments 2 in contact with each other, the body portion 6b of the male connector 6 is inserted into the fitting hole 4 of the female connector 5 and fitted therein. (See (b) in Figure 1).

From the above, according to the connecting structure 1 of the present invention, the segment 2 is moved in the tunnel axial direction, and the male type connecting tool 6 is inserted into the fitting hole 4 of the female type connecting tool 5 and fitted. By the simple connecting work of joining, the connecting work of both segments 2 to be connected can be easily performed in a short time. In addition, the male connector 6 and the female connector 5
Are both frustoconical in shape, the male connector 6 can be fitted into the female connector 5 by a wedge action, and both segments 2 can be firmly connected. . Furthermore, the male connector 6 and the female connector 5 are
Both of them are fitted into each other in a semi-circular cutout formed in the connecting surface 2a of both segments 2 in a state of being half-submerged, and the outer shape of the conical bottom part of the female connector 5 is Since it is equivalent to the concave portion 3, the connection strength in the segment thickness direction can also be made strong.

FIG. The male connecting tool 6 attached to the connecting surface 2a of the other segment 2 to be connected here has a through hole 11 formed at the center, and a connecting tool on the side of the one segment 2 to be connected. A slit 12 communicating with the through hole 11 is formed over the entire length so that it can be pressed when the female connector 5 is fitted into the fitting hole 4. When the male connector 6 is fitted in the fitting hole 4 of the female connector 5, the male connector 6 presses the inner wall surface of the fitting hole 4.

The male connector 6 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is pushed into the fitting hole 4 of the female connector 5 by its own spring action generated by the through hole 11 and the slit 12. Therefore, the dimensional error between the male connector 6 and the female connector 5 can be increased, which is advantageous for manufacturing both connectors. Moreover, since the strength and rigidity of the female connector 5 can be increased, it is useful for preventing deformation of the connector. Furthermore, structural reinforcement of each part becomes easy.

1. A connecting structure of each segment constituting a segment ring used as a lining of a shield tunnel, which is formed on a connecting surface of both segments to be connected between the respective segments, and is cut in a semicircular shape. And a female connector which is attached to the connecting surface of one of the segments to be connected in a state of being half-depressed in the recess and has a substantially cylindrical cross section with a fitting hole, and the female connector. Formed in a substantially cylindrical cross-section that can be fitted into the fitting hole of the mold connector,
And a male-type connecting tool that is attached in a semi-submerged state in the recess in the connecting surface of the other segment to be connected, wherein the female-type connecting tool is parallel to the tunnel axial direction of the shield tunnel. Along with extending along the shield, it is formed into a substantially conical shape with a frusto-conical shape that narrows in the propelling direction of the shield and the outer shape of the conical bottom is the same as that of the recessed portion. The external shape is a frusto-conical shape, which is slightly larger than the fitting hole of the female-type connector so that it can be inserted into and fitted into the fitting hole of the mold-connecting member from the tunnel axial direction. It is formed in a substantially columnar shape, and when the male connector is fitted into the fitting hole of the female connector, the male connector and the female connector have connecting surfaces of both the segments. For the time being, the semicircular recess is integrated. In conjunction with fit in the formed circular hole portion, coupling structure of the segment that the male coupling is characterized in that it is configured to press the inner wall surface of the fitting hole in the female connector.
