Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in this type of air-conditioning register 1, as shown in FIG. 7, a barrel 4 is attached to a blower outlet 3 side of a substantially rectangular tubular retainer 2 so as to be vertically rotatable. A plurality of horizontal blades 5 are horizontally attached to the front portion of the barrel 4 at a predetermined interval, and a plurality of vertical blades 6 are rotatable on the upstream side of the horizontal blade 5 via shafts 6a and 6b. The vertical blades 6 are connected to each other via link bars 7. The barrel 4 provided in this way is provided so as to rotate up and down to change the wind direction, and further, by operating the vertical blade 6 by the knob 8 in the left and right direction, the wind direction in the left and right direction is changed. On the upstream side of the barrel 4, a damper 9 having damper seals 10 attached to the four circumferences is provided with a damper opening / closing mechanism (not shown) via a damper shaft 11 so that the opening / closing angle of the damper 9 is horizontal with respect to the flow F of air and the air is opened. It is rotatably attached to a closed position in which the flow F is closed rearwardly so as to adjust the air flow rate.

On the 0a side, a gap t1 is formed in an acute angle with the upper wall 2a of the retainer 2.
Since the lower edge 10b side is positioned with an acute angle gap t2 to the lower wall 2b, most of the flow F of the air blown from the upstream side is the damper. The flow velocity of the air which is guided by 9 and flows through the gap t1 increases.
When air flows through this gap t1, a two-dimensional structure having a vortex 12 parallel to the edge of the upper edge 10a of the damper seal 10 as shown in FIG. 8 due to the separation of the flow from the edge of the upper edge 10a of the damper seal 10. A vortex 11 is generated, and the two-dimensional vortex 11 interferes with the horizontal link bar 7 parallel to the vortex filament 12 of the vortex 11 located downstream and the upper edge of the barrel 4, and produces a strange noise (whistle sound). ) Was occurring.

There is a 3-26844 (Kaikaihei 4-123709 publication). What is disclosed in this publication is shown in FIG.
To the upper edge 10 of the damper seal 10 as shown in FIG.
a and a two-dimensional vortex 11 having a vortex thread 12 parallel to the edge generated by separating from the edge of the upper edge 10a by a flow of air passing through a gap t1 between the retainer 2 and the upper wall 2a. It is intended to suppress the development of the two-dimensional vortex 11 and reduce the whistle blowing sound by additionally providing the vortex generating means capable of generating the three-dimensional vortex 19 having the various vortex filaments 19a. As a means for generating the original vortex 19, a bifurcated grip portion 16 for gripping the damper seal 10 is formed on the four circumferences of the damper 15, as shown in FIG.
On the gripping edge 16a of the retainer 2 on the side of the upper wall 2a, convex portions 17 having a substantially rectangular shape with the same thickness as the gripping edge 16a are formed at predetermined intervals. A groove portion 18 is formed between the convex portions 17 by the left and right end surfaces 17 a and the damper seal 10.

成としたものである。When the damper 15 formed in this way is positioned at an opening having a gap t1 that does not completely close the ventilation passage of the retainer 2, the air flow F is guided along the damper 15 toward the gap t1. , The vortex filament 12 parallel to the upper edge 10a of the damper seal 10 due to the separation of the flow from the edge.
Although a two-dimensional vortex 11 having the shape of the air flow F is about to be generated, this air flow F passes through the groove portion 18 between the convex portions 17 formed on the gripping edge 16a, and therefore, as shown in FIG. At this time, the three-dimensional vortex 19 having the vortex filament 19a perpendicular to the vortex filament 12 of the two-dimensional vortex 11 is generated due to the separation of the flow from the left and right end surfaces 17a of the convex portion 17, and the two-dimensional vortex The configuration is such that the development of the vortex 11 is suppressed and the whistling sound is significantly reduced.

As a configuration in which the groove portion 22 is formed between the ribs 21,
When the air flow F passes through the gap t1 from the groove 22, air is separated from the end surface 21a of the rib 21, and the flow is separated from the edge of the upper edge 10a of the damper seal 10, so that the vortex 12 is parallel to the edge. For the two-dimensional vortex 11, a three-dimensional vortex 19 having a vortex 19a perpendicular to the vortex 12 is generated. As another means, as shown in FIG. 12, a plurality of ribs 25 are arranged in parallel in the air flow F on the upstream side of the damper closing position of the upper wall 2a of the retainer 2 to form the ribs 25.
A groove portion 26 is formed between them, and when passing through the groove portion 26, a three-dimensional vortex 19 is generated by separation of the flow from the end surface 25a of the rib 25.

Although the development of the two-dimensional vortex 11 is suppressed, the change in wind speed and the dampers 9 and 20 are suppressed.
Due to a state in which is not completely closed (state in FIG. 7) or the like, the two-dimensional vortex cannot be sufficiently suppressed and a whistling sound may be generated. The present invention has been made in order to solve the above problems, and the damper is positioned at an opening having a gap that does not completely close the ventilation passage of the retainer, and the flow is separated from the edge of the upper edge of the damper seal. Even if a two-dimensional vortex having a vortex parallel to the same edge is generated, the whistle noise prevention structure of an air-conditioning register can be provided to divide the two-dimensional vortex and prevent the generation of a whistle noise. That is the purpose.

In the air-conditioning register consisting of a damper that is openably and closably attached, the damper closes in a rearward inclination with respect to the flow of air, and a gap is not completely closed between the damper seal above the retainer and the retainer upper wall. For the two-dimensional vortex having a vortex parallel to the edge of the damper seal generated by separating from the edge of the upper edge of the damper seal that is perpendicular to the flow direction of the passing air, On the lower surface side of the wall, in the width direction of a predetermined position between the barrel and the position where the upper edge of the damper seal of the damper contacts the upper wall, the two-dimensional vortex is divided, and the divided vortex is Three-dimensional vortex The vortex-breaking means is arranged so that it can be transformed, and the vortex-breaking means divides the two-dimensional vortex into front surfaces and the left and right side surfaces that transform the divided vortex into three-dimensional vortices The two-dimensional vortex generated by the separation of the flow from the upper edge of the damper seal is distributed to the downstream side because it is composed of multiple ribs such as rectangular parallelepiped shape, rectangular cone shape, and plate shape. It is divided by colliding with a dividing means such as a plurality of ribs provided, and the divided vortex flows along the side surface between the dividing means, and when separated from the edge of this side surface, it is three-dimensional. It prevents the generation of whistling sounds by being transformed into a whirlpool.

A plurality of rib shapes as means for dividing the vortex tube of FIG.
The configuration shown in FIG. 5 may be used. That is, the rib 56 shown in FIG. 4 has a rectangular cross-section and has a front surface 56a.
Is formed with a width w1 (for example, 1 mm) and a height h (3 mm),
The downstream bottom surface side is formed to have a width w2 (for example, 3 mm) and a length l (for example, 3 to 10 mm), and the left and right side surface portions 56b are provided in a widened shape at a predetermined angle toward the downstream side. Are arranged at a predetermined interval p (for example, 6 mm). In the rib 56 provided in this way, since the area of the front surface portion 56a is small, the effect of dividing the vortex tube of the two-dimensional vortex 11 is reduced, but there is an advantage that ventilation resistance (pressure loss) is small.

It is divided by colliding with dividing means such as ribs, and further, the divided vortex flows along the side surface between the dividing means, and when it separates from the edge of this side surface, it is transformed into a three-dimensional vortex. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the whistling sound from being generated.
