2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a fire caused by a lamp lighting body has become a social problem, and many fires caused by ignition of an exposed combustion flame on a combustible material have been reported therein. Normally, there is no danger of causing a fire when a candle is erected and there is no combustible material around it, but when the candle falls, the combustible material comes into contact with or comes close to the burning flame of the candle without falling. This creates a fire hazard.

For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-30738 proposes a candle holder safety device for reliably covering a combustion flame with a hollow cover to prevent a fire from being caused by a flamming action. By the way, the hollow cover moves downward without extinguishing the combustion flame by the expansion and contraction of the fitted bimetal according to the progress of combustion, and covers the combustion flame for the duration of the combustion to keep the light safe. However, there is a problem with the certainty of the operation of the bimetal, and in addition, since the hollow cover completely covers the tip of the candle, the lighting function of the candle and burning It almost diminishes the decorative effect of watching the flame.

In addition to the lighting decoration function, the candle is also used as a warming tool for compensating for the temperature drop in the greenhouse for growing plants. Actual Kai 57-1
No. 32910 discloses a candle burning tool that achieves its purpose by installing an umbrella just above the burning flame of a candle in order to prevent a burning flame from igniting a vinyl house when burning the candle in the house. A device is disclosed. However, this idea was applied to the normal lighting of candles,
Even if it is used as a decoration in a normal room, since the shape of the umbrella is convex upward, the high-temperature updraft generated by the combustion flame stays inside the umbrella, and the umbrella itself due to the heat of the basket. May reach a temperature higher than the ignition point of the combustible material, and if clothes, curtains, paper, etc. come into contact therewith, the problem of ignition still remains.

1a, 1b, 1 constituting the laminated member 1
A desirable range for each diameter of c, ... Is derived depending on the size of the candle, the distance from the top of the combustion flame of the lowermost laminated member 1a, and the like. In the normal usage form of the lighting system of the present invention in a room, the lowermost laminated member 1 is used.
Although it is related to the distance between a and the top of the combustion flame, it is preferable that the diameter of each of 1a, 1b, 1c, ... 30
If the diameter is smaller than mm, it is not possible to expect a sufficient effect of dispersing and / or blocking the heat of the high temperature ascending air current. Moreover, the flame flutters beyond the range covered by the laminated members, and the flame is a combustible material. May come into contact with and be ignited. On the contrary, even if the diameter is larger than 150 mm, not only the visual effect, the decorative effect, and the effect of presentation are unsatisfactory, but also the contact with the user and the contact with the surrounding objects increase, which is apt to cause an accident, which is not preferable. It should be noted that a sufficient dispersing effect and / or blocking effect of the ascending heat can be expected, and the visual effect,
In the usage form that is excellent in decoration effect and production effect, and in consideration of contact with users and accidents with surrounding objects,
It is not restricted to the above range.

In the present invention, not only does the burning flame at the time of burning a candle not come into direct contact with the user or surrounding objects, but even if a plurality of laminated members 1 come into contact with it,
This is to alleviate the burn of the user and to prevent the ignition by setting the temperature below the ignition temperature of the surrounding combustible material. Therefore, the plurality of laminated members 1 may be appropriately configured in accordance with the purpose and the degree of demand.
As shown in FIG.
It is particularly preferable that the layered structure is formed into a truncated cone shape or an inverted truncated cone shape in addition to the beauty of the form. It is also preferable to form a layered structure in the shape of a drum or a barrel.

The laminated member 1 is further provided above the laminated member 1b.
If c, 1d, etc. are installed, the heat insulating effect can be further improved, but since they are installed on a candle and used, there are naturally limits in practical use. The shape of the laminated members 1a, 1b, 1c, ..., The thickness, etc. are also related, but the total number is preferably about 10 or less, and usually 2 to 5 is sufficient. It should be noted that a sufficient dispersion effect and / or blocking effect of the rising airflow heat can be expected, which is excellent in visual effect, decorative effect, and directing effect, and in consideration of contact with the user and accidents of contact with surrounding objects. Is not restricted to the above range.

The intervals between the laminated members 1a, 1b, 1c, ... Are for forming and maintaining an air layer effective for heat insulation. If the intervals are too narrow, the heat insulation effect is not sufficient. It cannot be denied that there is a possibility that flammable materials will enter the space if it is too wide. Further, the desired range of the interval is derived by factors such as visual effects, decoration effects, staging effects, and usage patterns in consideration of contact with the user and contact with surrounding objects. In a normal usage form of the lighting system of the present invention in a room, a space of about 1 to 20 mm is preferable. This space may be formed by the space holding member 2, or as shown in FIG.
As shown in (b) and (d), the laminated members 1a, 1b,
1c, ... The support itself is formed. In any case, it suffices if the gap between the laminated members can be maintained at about 1 to 20 mm, and when the gap is formed by the gap holding member 2, the shape thereof and the coupling means thereof do not matter. The intervals are not limited to the case where all are the same, but may be a mixture of several kinds or all different. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7B, even if the size of the space changes depending on the location within one space (for example, the space between 1a and 1b), the heat cutoff effect is not hindered.

The inflammable material ignition prevention device A comprising the laminated member 1 and the spacing member 2 and / or the support 3 can be easily attached and detached from the candle combustion container B at the time of its use or at the end of its use, and it is bulky. In that sense, it is preferable that each support 3 has a structure in which its lower end can be easily attached to and detached from the upper end of the candle combustion container, as shown in FIGS. . On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, the supporting body 3 may be constructed so that it can be attached to and detached from the side surface or the bottom of the candle combustion container. However, the support 3 is not limited to a structure that can be attached to and detached from a candle burning container,
As shown in FIG. 4, it may be arranged to stand around the candle.

The support 3 supports the laminated member 1 by known support means such as insertion, placement, fitting, and suspension. The support site of the support 3 at that time is not particularly limited. Another mode of the support form between the laminated member 1 and the support 3 is shown in FIG.
The support member 3 supports the laminated members, which are vertically spaced, not only at the peripheral portion of the lower surface of the lowermost laminated member 1a but also at the central portion thereof, and the laminated members 1a, 1b,
Indicates that it may be supported by the side wall of the peripheral portion, by the peripheral portion of the upper surface thereof, or by a hanging method.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, even if each of the laminated members 1a, 1b, ... Is divided into two or more parts and arranged via a gap, the gap between the parts is sufficiently small, or If the positions of the voids of the respective laminated members do not match, a sufficient heat dispersion effect and / or heat insulation effect can be obtained. On the other hand, the divided parts may be arranged with steps so long as the heat dispersion effect and / or the heat shield effect are not impaired. In this case, the support may be a structure in which the support 3 individually supports each divided piece, or a structure in which the support 3 supports a plurality of divided pieces together.

The shape of the support 3 is not limited as long as the heat dispersion effect and / or the heat shield effect is not impaired. However, from the viewpoint of the visual effect of looking at the burning candle, a linear body or a plate body that is not bulky. , Tubular bodies, columnar bodies or rod-shaped bodies are preferable, and decorativeness may be added. In addition,
The support 3 may have a spherical shape or a disk shape as long as it does not impair the heat dispersion effect and / or the heat shielding effect. Further, the number of the supports 3 is not limited as long as it does not impair the heat dispersion effect and / or the heat blocking effect. As shown in FIG. 8 (a), depending on the usage pattern, it is desirable to adopt a supporting pattern in consideration of preventing invasion of combustibles between the combustion flame and the laminated member 1.

As can be seen in FIG. 7, the lighting illuminator of the present invention can also be a lighting illuminator that includes a plurality of candles. In this case, the laminated member 1 may correspond to a candle individually, or the common laminated member 1 may correspond to a plurality of candles. In either case, the at least two laminated members which are vertically spaced from each other are arranged such that the lowermost laminated member interrupts upward heat of the high temperature rising airflow generated by the plurality of candle burning flames, and more preferably, It is possible to disperse the heat of the high-temperature rising airflow from the central part of the laminated member to the four peripheral portions and to lower the temperature. Further, it is possible to further lower the airflow temperature to be lower than the ignition temperature for paper, cloth, etc., thereby preventing fire due to ignition of combustible material.

As shown in Table 1, depending on the combination of the lowermost laminated member 1a and the laminated member 1b on which the air heat insulating layer is formed, the temperature on the laminated member 1b can be the same as that of newspaper or cotton cloth. The temperature can be lowered to a temperature lower than the ignition temperature, and the laminated member 1c is further provided on the laminated member 1b,
It is shown that the temperature can be lowered more effectively by arranging 1d in a stacked structure with a space. That is, in the present invention, the temperature on the laminate member 1a can be lowered to about 300 ° C. by the laminate member 1a, and the temperature on the laminate member 1b can be increased to 170 by the laminate member 1b. The temperature can be lowered to about 80 ° C by the laminated member 1c, about 50 ° C by the laminated member 1c, and about 50 ° C by the laminated member 1d, and there is no possibility of igniting flammable materials such as paper and cloth. It is possible to sufficiently reduce the burns caused by contact with.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the present invention effectively disperses the high temperature rising airflow heat generated by the combustion flame by arranging at least two laminated members in the upper part of the combustion flame. Alternatively, and / or by shutting off the airflow, the airflow temperature can be made lower than the ignition temperature of the paper, cloth, etc., whereby the fire due to the ignition of the combustible material can be prevented. Further, the present invention has an extremely simple structure, and therefore does not obscure the burning portion of the candle, and can maximize the lighting effect, decoration effect, and effect of the candle. Further, in the conventional candle combustion container, an opening is often provided above for the purpose of discharging a high-temperature ascending airflow generated by a combustion flame to the outside of the combustion container. Therefore, the upper part of the opening is restricted in design. Although it has been unavoidable, it is possible to provide a lamp lighting body having a wide range of designs by selecting a laminated member having a shape and a material suitable for the use atmosphere, and having excellent decorativeness and directivity that are not available in the past.
