1 is arranged side by side in a plurality of rows and stacked in a plurality of stages. In order to stack the molded products 1 as described above, the molded products 1 may simply be brought into close contact with each other and packaged. Therefore, the molded product stacking apparatus for stacking the molded products 1 has one of the molded products 1 in advance as shown in FIG. 9B. They are inverted and combined, and the pairs are arranged side by side in a row so that they are pressed against each other. Then, the lifter on which the stacked molded products are placed is lowered to arrange the next stage horizontally in a plurality of rows.

However, in the case of molded products such as stainless molded products that are likely to be damaged by contact with each other, it is not preferable to simply pack them in close contact with each other. In order to prevent scratches, it is conceivable to interpose a scratch prevention member such as a slip sheet for preventing scratches between the molded products. Even if such a scratch prevention member is attempted to be interposed, a conventional molded product stacking apparatus is used. I can't handle this. That is, in order to interpose a scratch prevention member or the like, it is necessary to make the side-by-side spacing of the molded products accurate, but in the conventional molded product stacking device, they are simply brought into contact and arranged.
Precise side-by-side spacing cannot be ensured.

When it reaches the tip of the horizontal conveyor, it receives the molded product and advances it by a certain distance, then the pusher descends from the pusher origin position to the slider height position, and then, depending on the order in which the molded product is sent. Move forward by a set distance, then slide the slider back to the slider initial position, drop the molded product stopped by the pusher onto the product pallet, then pusher rises and then move back to the pusher initial position. It is characterized in that it is controlled to.

る。The stacking operation of the molded products (the case of the lightweight channel steel in the illustrated example) by the above-described molded product stacking apparatus 10 will be described mainly with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6, the order of steps is indicated by a serial number of. In the initial state, the slider 14 and pusher 15 stand by at the slider initial position and the pusher initial position (positions in FIGS. 1 and 2), respectively. As shown in FIG. 4 (slider advancing step), the slider 14 starts moving forward when the molded article 1 reaches the vicinity of the tip of the lateral feed conveyor 11 by detecting it with a sensor (not shown), and receives the molded article 1 as shown in FIG. (Pusher lowering step) Moves forward to the forward end. Next, pusher 15
From the pusher origin position (position in FIG. 4) to the slider height position (height position in FIG. 4),
It moves forward by a distance set according to the order in which the molded products are sent. FIG. 4 (pusher advance process) shows a state in which the pusher has advanced by a set distance. Then, as shown in FIG. 5 (slider retracting step), the slider 14 is retracted and the pusher 15 is moved.
The molded product 1 stopped by is dropped onto the product pallet 13.

After finishing all (referred to as the back), the inverted molded products 1 are stacked. In this case, the molded product 1 provided in the middle of the lateral feed conveyor 11 is inverted in advance, and is fed to the tip of the lateral feed conveyor 11 in this inverted posture, and the molded product 1 in the above table is paired with the same operation as described above. Drop it in the form of. In this case, place it slightly offset from the molded product in the table. Although details will be omitted, such stacking in the embodiment is performed with a slip sheet 40 (shown by a broken line) for preventing scratches on the molded product.
This is to intervene between the molded products. In order to arrange the interleaving paper 40 as shown in FIG. 6, the interleaving paper is placed on top at the stage of FIG. 5, and then the back side is stacked as shown in FIG. In order to perform such stacking, the molded product drop position determined according to the order of the molded products sent must be accurate. However, the pusher 15 can accurately control the molded product drop position. Can be stacked.

In the same manner, the second stage is stacked. When one package has two layers, the stacking is completed in the state shown in FIG. After that, the lifter 12 descends, and the carry-out conveyor 19
Receives the product pallet 13 and carries it out in the direction of arrow (c). The L-shaped product pallet 13 is an assembling type, and the frame material of the side wall portion is attached to the product pallet U-shaped after or before unloading. In addition, the carry-out roller 1
After unloading at 9, the wire is hooked on the wire hooking part (not shown) of the product pallet 13 and hung by a crane to be transported to a predetermined place.

This molded product 1'has a generally V-shaped cross-sectional shape with a claw formed at one end, and since simple stacking is not appropriate, the product pillow 41 is placed at the end of the product pallet 13 as shown in the drawing, One side of 1'is stacked in such a posture that one side of the product 1'is on the product pillow 41. That is, one side of the V-shape of the molded product 1 ′ is stacked in the order in which it is sent, and the other side with the claws is arranged side by side in the order substantially standing on the product pallet 13. In this case,
7. The slider advancing process, the pusher lowering process in FIG. 7, the pusher advancing process in FIG. 7, the slider retracting process in FIG. 8, and the pusher returning process in FIG. 8 are basically the same as the above-described operation. In the case of this molded product 1 ', the operation of lowering the lifter 12 is not necessary. FIG. 8 shows a state in which the stacking for one package is completed. Although illustration is omitted, this stacking also envisions interposing a slip sheet between the molded products 1'to prevent scratches. In this case as well, it is necessary to make the intervals between the molded products 1'accurate, and the molded product stacking apparatus 10 of the present invention makes this possible.

A lifter installed at the tip of a lateral feed conveyor for laterally transferring a molded product laterally kicked from a run-out table of a roll forming machine, and a lifter installed adjacent to the tip of the lateral feed conveyor. A molded product stacking device for stacking molded products on a product pallet placed above, comprising:
A slider that stands by at the slider initial position near the end of the transverse feed conveyor, receives a molded product near the slider initial position and can advance a certain distance, and retracts from the advance position to the slider initial position, and near the tip of the transverse feed conveyor. It stands by at the pusher initial position above, and can move up and down from the pusher initial position height to the slider height position, and moves forward and backward in the slider forward / backward direction by a distance set according to the order in which the molded products are sent. A molded product stacking device, which is provided with a possible pusher.

置。2. The slider and pusher are configured such that, in an initial state, the slider and the pusher stand by at the slider initial position and the pusher initial position, respectively, and the slider forms the molded product when the molded product reaches the tip of the transverse feed conveyor. Upon receipt, the pusher advances by a certain distance, then the pusher descends from the pusher origin position to the slider height position, and then advances forward by a distance set according to the order in which the molded articles are sent, and then the slider. Is controlled so as to retreat to the slider initial position, drop the molded product stopped by the pusher onto the product pallet, and then move back to the pusher initial position after the pusher rises. 1. The product stacking device according to 1.
