Description of the Related Art In recent years, interest in harmony between nature and urban functions has increased, and in addition to walking and durability of pavement materials, aesthetics and rainwater are returned to groundwater, so water permeability and safety are closed. Has been up. Conventionally, asphalt and concrete pavement occupy most of sidewalks and open spaces such as parks and event venues. Although these pavements are excellent in terms of workability and durability, they are inferior in terms of aesthetics and water permeability, and are not suitable especially for places where harmony with nature is required. As a hardenable soil composition exhibiting the texture of natural soil, JP-A-2-123188 discloses a sandy soil containing a cement and a small amount of a hardener made of aluminum chloride, calcium acetate and iron oxide. ing.

The present inventors reduced the amount of cement used in such a pavement material containing natural soil as a main component by using a curing agent having a good curing property, and thereby the appearance of natural soil was improved on the pavement finish surface. As a result of carrying out various test studies with the intention of putting it out, magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride and calcium chloride and potassium chloride or potassium chloride as a curing agent in a pavement composition in which natural soil, cement and a small amount of a curing agent are watered. We have found that the amount of cement used can be reduced by using one containing sodium chloride, and achieved the intended purpose.

Those having an appropriate distribution in the range of 5 to 15 mm are desirable. The cement in the present invention is not particularly limited, but ordinary Portland cement having an appropriate setting time is preferable, and it is sufficient to use it in the range of 5 to 9.5% by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of natural soil.

The mixing ratio of these to natural soil is 100 parts by weight of soil below. It may be added in the ratio of. Magnesium chloride 0.05 to 0.25 parts by weight Aluminum chloride 0.05 to 0.20 parts by weight Calcium chloride 0.40 to 0.90 parts by weight Potassium chloride 0.05 to 0.20 parts by weight Sodium chloride 0.05 to 0.20 parts by weight These hardening agents are not preferable because if added excessively, they will precipitate on the pavement surface and spoil the appearance.

By thus preliminarily mixing the curing agent only with the natural soil, it is possible to prevent the strength of the cement from being lowered and to simplify the complicated weighing work and mixing work at the construction site.

In order to impart water permeability to the pavement surface, the groundwork adjustment at the construction site has a crushed stone roadbed structure in which granular crushed stones with a thickness of 30 to 200 mm are compacted. A mixture of natural soil and a hardener and the required amount of cement are kneaded on-site using a mortar mixer, etc. until uniform, then add a specified amount of water and knead until uniform. . At that time, if the amount of water added is insufficient, curing failure and strength decrease will occur, and if the amount of water added is too large, the surface finish will be flat and the natural texture will be impaired as well as poor water permeability will occur. You should be careful. The water-mixed pavement composition is laid at the construction site, leveled evenly with a reiki or broom, and then spread using a roller or a vibration plate compactor.

If the sidewalk is only a light walk, it is laid to a thickness of 40 mm or more, preferably about 50 to 80 mm, and it is expected that vehicles will come and go. 80mm or more, preferably 90-
Lay it to a thickness of about 140 mm. After finishing the laying, in order to finish the surface condition to a natural texture, after construction, protect it from rainwater and so on until it dries and hardens, and protect people from entering. The curing period depends on the temperature and humidity, but under the conditions of temperature 25 ° C and humidity 70%, it is necessary to take about 48 hours as a guideline and observe the condition of the construction site to deal with it.

This will be specifically described. [Example 1] Dry mountain soil (grain size: 3.5 mesh or less) 13
00 g, 100 g of ordinary Portland cement and a small amount of an inorganic compound as a hardening agent are uniformly mixed, and this is kneaded with water and hardened at room temperature, 4 cm in length, 4 cm in width, and 16 in length.
When a bending strength and a compressive strength of a test piece having a diameter of 10 cm were prepared and a considerable effect was recognized on an alkaline earth metal salt and a chloride, a curing agent having a mixed composition shown in Table 1 was used. Then, the same test as described above was performed. The results are shown in the same table, using magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride and calcium chloride and potassium chloride or sodium chloride as the curing agent,
An excellent effect was recognized.

Ordinary Portland cement was mixed in a predetermined ratio to 0 g, and it was kneaded with water and cured at room temperature to obtain 4 cm in length and 4 c in width.
A test piece of m and 16 cm in length was prepared, and its bending strength and compressive strength were examined. The bending strength of the test piece was 20 kg.
Those showing f / cm 2 or more are those obtained by adding 15 parts by weight or more of cement to 100 parts by weight of the mountain soil, and those showing a compressive strength of 40 kgf / cm 2 or more are the mountain soil 100
When 13 parts by weight or more of cement is added to parts by weight, the surface of the test body becomes darker in cement color as the amount of cement added to the mountain soil increases, and the white flower phenomenon becomes noticeable. Therefore, in order to maintain the natural texture of natural soil, the mixing ratio of cement to 100 parts by weight of soil is 9.
It was recognized that the amount should be 5 parts by weight or less.

Prepare cement separately packed in bags, store each at room temperature for 3 months, then mix with water,
Specimens were prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 and their storage stability was compared. As a result of this test, a decrease of about 10% was observed in the flexural strength and compressive strength tests of the solid sand soil, the hardening agent and the cement that were integrally mixed, as compared with the case where the cement was stored separately.

Since it has water permeability, it does not cause trouble in walking in rainy weather, and it can withstand running of a car and does not grow weeds for a long period of time.
Since the composition of the present invention is one in which natural soil and a hardening agent are pre-blended and only the cement is blended at the construction site, it can be stably stored for a long period of time, and weighing at the time of mixing with water,
The work such as mixing can be saved.
