Explaining this example in more detail, the lower plate 8 having a thickness of 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm is used. When the thickness of the lower plate 8 is 0.4 mm or less, the strength required for the opening device is lost, and the fixed shape cannot be maintained, which makes it difficult to handle when attaching it to the container body 1 and deteriorates the manufacturing efficiency. . When the thickness is 0.6 mm or more, the thickness of the opening device itself is increased, and the top wall 7 of the container body 1 is increased.
When it is mounted on the device, the amount of protrusion from the top wall 7 becomes large, which may cause a trouble on the device at the time of carton molding or filling and sealing of the molded carton.

The sealing pressure when the lower plate 8 is melt-pressed onto the top wall 7 of the container body 1 is 2.5 kg / cm 2 to 4.0.
It is kg / cm 2 . This sealing pressure means the air pressure of the air cylinder that pressurizes the lower plate 8 when the lower plate 8 is pressed against the top wall 7. When the sealing pressure is 2.5 kg / cm 2 or less, it is difficult to sufficiently lift the non-bonded portion 18 of the lower plate 8. Further, when the sealing pressure is 4.0 kg / cm 2 or more, the pressed portion of the lower plate 8 becomes extremely thin, and when it is severe, the portion is broken at this portion.

The cut depths of the two cuts 16 and 17 provided in the lower tip portion 15 of the lower plate 8 are as follows.
The depth required for the proper lifting of the non-adhesive portion 18 of is determined, and is 1.5 m from the peripheral edge of the lower plate 8 toward the through hole 9.
A length of m to 2.5 mm is preferred.

When the depth of the notches 16 and 17 is 1.5 mm or less, which is the distance from the peripheral edge of the lower plate 8 to the peripheral edge of the through hole 9, the non-adhesive portion 18 of the lower plate 8 rises too much,
The effect of running out of liquid when pouring out the contents of the container cannot be expected so much. When the thickness is 2.5 mm or more, the non-bonded portion 1 of the lower plate 8
When 8 is lifted too much and attached to the top wall 7 of the container body 1, the amount of protrusion from the top wall 7 becomes large, which causes troubles on the device during carton molding, filling and sealing of the molded carton, etc. May occur.

It should be noted that the boundary line 20 between the adhesive portion 19 and the non-adhesive portion 18 may be slightly displaced from the edge position of the inner portion of the notches 16 and 17 to the peripheral edge of the lower plate 8. However, also in this case, it is preferable that the distance from the peripheral edge of the lower plate 8 to the boundary line 20 is within the range of 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm for the above reason.

Further, depending on the width of the adhesive portion 19 forming the boundary line 20, the lower plate 8 and the sealing device may possibly occur when the lower plate 8 is sealed to the top wall 7 of the container body 1. Even if there is a slight positional deviation, the positional deviation between the lower plate 8 and the sealing device is absorbed so that the boundary line 20 can be prevented from deviating from the inner ends of the cuts 16 and 17 toward the through hole 9 side. It is preferable that the width be as long as possible. The length of the width of the adhesive portion 19 is from the peripheral edge of the lower plate 8 to the through hole 9
It is preferable that the distance is 20% or more with respect to the distance to the peripheral edge of the lower plate 8, but in this case as well, the position of the boundary line 20 must be within the range of 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm from the peripheral edge of the lower plate 8. .

With this structure, the upper plate 1 is opened when the container is opened.
By pulling up 1 from the lower plate 8, the portion of the barrier film 14 welded to the top of the fitting projection 12 of the upper plate 11 is cut off, and the through hole 6 provided in the top wall 7 of the container body 1 is removed. The container is opened and opened (FIG. 4). Then, when the contents are poured out from the opening, the non-adhesive portion 18 of the lower tip 15 of the lower plate 8 is sufficiently raised from the upper surface of the top wall 7 like an eaves. The contents are drained well, and dripping onto the wall surface of the container is prevented.
