【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、子犬、子猫などの子供ペット動物の夜泣きを防止する為のペット飼 育用具に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
近年、犬、猫などのペットの飼育が盛んであるが、通常これらのペット動物は 成育してから飼育するのではなく、子供の時から飼育した場合に、飼育者に愛着 することが多い。
【０００３】 しかしながら、子供の段階にあるペット動物は母親が恋しく、夜泣きをするこ とが多い。
【０００４】 このような状況に対処し、子供のペット動物の夜泣きを防止する装置の具体的 な構成はこれまで従来技術として存在しなかった。

【考案が解決すべき課題】
本考案は上記の如き従来状況に鑑み、子供のペット動物の夜泣きを防止できる 装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の如き課題を解決する為、本考案の基本的構成は、ペット動物の成獣の心 拍と概略同程度の周期パルスを発生する装置、及び該パルスに基いて周期的に音 を発生する装置を備えたことによるペット飼育用具からなる。

【考案の作用】
夜泣きの激しい子犬の犬小屋に、考案者が旧タイプのネジ巻き式目覚し時計を 入れたところ、夜泣きを行わなくなったことを何回か経験した。
【０００８】 これは目覚し時計が、１分間に６０回×２の時刻音を刻む音を発生し続けるが 、成犬の心拍は通常１分間に１２０回であることに照らした場合、目覚し時計の 音から母親の心拍の如き感覚を抱き、子犬は母親が存在するかのように感じ、安 心して夜泣きを行わなくなったのではないかと考えられる。
【０００９】 同様に子猫の場合においても、周期的な音の発生によって夜泣きが防止される 場合があった。
【００１０】 このように本考案は、ペットである成獣の心拍音と同程度の周期による発音装 置２によって、母親が存在するが如き錯覚を子供のペット動物に与え、これによ って子供のペット動物の夜泣きを防止することを基本的な作用原理としている。
【００１１】 このような発音装置２は夜間において持続して行うことが必要であり、通常の カセットでは、必ずしもこれに十分適応できない。
【００１２】 即ち、図１に示すように、周期的なパルス発生装置１及びこれに対応してパル ス毎に発音する音声発生装置２の存在が不可欠となる。

【実施例１】 実施例１は周期的に発生する音について、成獣の心拍音の音声波形と類似した 波形を出す装置に関する実施例である。
【００１４】 即ち、成獣ペットの心拍音が、図２（ａ）に示すような音声波形である場合に は、音声発生装置２として前記音声波形と同じような音声波形を、エレクトーン などにおいて利用されている音声合成装置を使用して発生することになる。
【００１５】 周期的なパルス発生装置１としての最も典型的な例は、フリップフロップであ る。
【００１６】 従って、成獣ペットの心拍音と同程度の周期を有するパルスをフリップフロッ プによって発生させ、パルスがオンの段階で第２図（ｂ）に示すような波形によ る音声を発生させることになる。
【００１７】 仮に、フリップフロップの周期が成獣ペットの音声周期よりも短い場合には、 分周器によってその周期を長くすれば良い。

【実施例２】 実施例２は、請求項１の構成を更に子供のペット動物に親しみやすい構成とす るため、本考案による装置をぬいぐるみ３中に組み込み、子供のペット動物にと って更に母親が存在するかのような印象を与える構成である。
【００１９】 このような構成においてぬいぐるみ３の表面において、成獣ペットの体温と同 程度の温度となるよう発熱装置、更には必要に応じて温度制御装置を備えた場合 には、子供のペット動物にとっては一層母親が存在するが如き感覚を抱くことに なり、本考案の効果は一層高められることになる。

【考案の効果】
以上の通り、本考案によって子供のペット動物の夜泣きを防止し、これにより 飼育者が夜間において安眠を得ることができるので、本考案の価値は絶大である 。

    音声波形と類似した波形による音声を、音声合成回路を
    使用して形成することを特徴とする請求項１記載のペッ
    ト飼育用具
  3. 【請求項３】 周期パルス発生装置として、フリップフ
    ロップ、又はフリップフロップと分周器とを使用したこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１記載のペット飼育用具
  4. 【請求項４】 周期パルス発生装置及び発音装置をぬい
    ぐるみ中に組み込んだことを特徴とする請求項１記載の
    ペット飼育用具
  5. 【請求項５】 ぬいぐるみの表面部分が成獣ペットの体
    温と同程度の温度となるような加熱装置を組み込んだこ
    とを特徴とする請求項４記載のペット飼育用具
