化ビニール樹脂で完全防水加工を使用し船体内圧、水圧
の関係で防止シート片方にナイロン製バンドを圧着ミシ
ン加工で取付ける、シート展張用に外周部分にロープを

ゴムチューブを採用し空気圧、水圧で膨脹できる、二層
目は流出油防止シートを加工し採用し海洋生物の付着物

止シート具のカム式永磁マグネット固定位置として防止

付けたことで、船体亀裂損傷部分からの流出油を膨脹式
三層パッキン及び円筒型ゴムパッキンにて二重に防止も
のである、(第5図)カム式永磁マグネットも事故の際
