Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient power spring performance by installing a spring case for housing a power spring in a drum side face so as to prevent a spring case diameter from being limited by a drum inner diameter and thereby form a large spring case diameter without increasing a drum. SOLUTION: A spring case 2 housing power spring 3 is attached to the side face of a drum 1 to rotate the drum 1 and the spring case 2 together. The power spring 3, is connected its outer peripheral parts to the spring case 2 and is connected its center part to a shaft 4 supported by stand 5 to be freely rotated. In a reel having such a construction, when a cable 6 is pulled out, the drum 1 is rotated and the power springs 3 are wound (force accumulation). Thus, on winding the cable 6, by reducing a drawing force for the cable 6, the drum 1 is rotated by the resistance force of the power springs 3 and then the cable 6 is smoothly wound in the outer periphery of the drum 1.

を引き出すとドラムが回転し、ぜんまいばねは巻き締め
られる。ケーブルを巻き取るときには、ぜんまいばねの
反発力によりドラムにケーブルが巻き取られる。
