Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce the soldered portion of a feedback wire, and enhance the reliability of soldering by providing an island-like solder land portion for heat shutoff on a light source reflector, and coating the solder land portion and the soldered portion of the wire by insulation. SOLUTION: In a soldered portion of a feedback wire 5 and a light source reflector 2, the reflector 2 uses solderable brass, and an island-like solder land 8 is formed on an end portion for heat shutoff. By providing the land 8, the heat diffusion of a soldering iron is limited in a small part, and the soldering iron is hardly deprived of heat so that the wire 5 is easily soldered with the reflector 2. By coating the land 8 and the soldering portion by tubular insulation 9, external force is hardly applied so that the soldered portion is reinforced and reliability is enhanced.

In the conventional backlight, when soldering the return wire to the light source reflector, the heat of the soldering iron is easily diffused to the light source reflector and the temperature required for the soldering does not easily rise. In addition, there is a problem that the soldered portion is directly received from the outside, so that the soldered portion is detached or the return wire is cut off from the soldered portion.
