SOLUTION: A gutter fixture made up of polycarbonate on the whole holds an eaves gutter N by means of two holding members 4, thereby securing a stationary plate 1 to an external wall panel K of a building by hold-down members including a nail and a screw or the like. Polyvinyl chloride-coated sheet steel P is laminated on this panel K, and some irregularities are formed on a contact surface 2 with the stationary plate 1 in contact with a soft polyvinyl chloride layer of the outer surface.
