【００２７】
【ヒト皮膚一時刺激性試験】
エビネ全草抽出エキスの安全性に関する試験として、クローズドパッチによるヒト皮膚一時刺激性試験を下記の通り実施した。
（１）．被験物質：エビネ全草抽出エキス（８．８％含有）。原体、無調整、室温保存。
（２）．対象物質：パッチテスト用絆創膏（リバーテープ株式会社製）円形布地部（ブランク）
（３）．試験系：ヒト皮膚
（４）．試験方法：男女計２０人（うち男子１２人、女子８人）の被験者を対象にして、被験物質（エビネ全草抽出エキス）０．１ｍｌを上腕部皮膚面に接着し、その上からヒトパッチテスト用絆創膏（リバーテープ株式会社製）にて固定した。さらにブランク対照としてパッチテスト用絆創膏円形布地部を上記被験物質に並列して同皮膚面に接着した。４８時間後に絆創膏を取り除き、被験物質及び対照負荷部の皮膚症状を肉眼的に観察、評価した。被験物質負荷部の皮膚所見については、刺激症状の有無（紅斑、浮腫、水疱）を確認し、日本パッチテスト研究会の基準により判定した。
（５）．試験結果：被験物質のヒト皮膚に対する４８時間のクローズドパッチテストの結果は、絆創膏の除去直後において刺激性反応は全く認められなかった。したがって、被験物質は無刺激性と評価される。
