Claims (2)
- 半導体素子と光学的に結合され光伝送を行うための光ファイバを有した半導体レーザモジュールであり、前記半導体素子である半導体レーザ素子と、前記半導体レーザ素子に光学的に結合され光伝送を行う光ファイバと、前記光ファイバを保持固定する光ファイバ支持部材と、前記半導体レーザ素子と前記光ファイバ支持部材とを同一基板上に搭載する基板部材と、前記半導体レーザ素子と電気的に接続し外部接続するリード端子を備えたフレーム基板とを有し、これら全体がモールド樹脂でパッケージングされた半導体レーザモジュールにおいて、前記光ファイバ支持部材にはゴム状弾性を有する接着剤を介して円筒状支持部材が取り付けられていることを特徴とする半導体レーザモジュール。
- 半導体レーザ素子と、前記半導体レーザ素子と光学的に結合され光伝送を行う光ファイバと、前記光ファイバを保持固定する光ファイバ支持部材と、前記半導体レーザ素子と前記光ファイバ支持部材とを搭載する基板部材と、前記半導体レーザ素子と電気的に接続し外部接続するリード端子を備えたフレーム基板とを有し、前記基板部材及び前記フレーム基板のモールド樹脂によるパッケージング部を有し、前記光ファイバ支持部材には弾性を有する接続部材を介して円筒状支持部材が取り付けられていることを特徴とする半導体レーザモジュール。
