In this case, complete waterproofing cannot be expected because there is a possibility that the water will flow out of each gap until the resin is cured. Therefore, in general, a grommet 1 is used at a predetermined position of the wire harness W / H as shown in FIG.
After filling, the grommet 1 is filled with a two-component urethane or the like while being mixed, and is dried and cured after filling.

Very difficult to handle. In addition, there is a problem that the equipment for mixing the two liquids is large-sized and cannot be operated on a wire harness assembly line, and a separate process must be provided to fill the sealing material.

In addition, a separate elastic cap is required, and the number of steps for inserting each electric wire through the cap and the step of fitting the cap to the grommet are increased. In addition, there is a problem that the diameter of the enlarged portion of the grommet is increased by an amount corresponding to the gap between the electric wires, and the grommet is enlarged.

When laying the wire group at the time of assembling the wire harness, the wire groups at the locations where the waterproofing is to be performed between the wires are arranged side by side in a row, and a number of nozzles project from both sides of the side-by-side wire group. Attached water-stopping agent discharge bodies are provided, and a number of nozzles are inserted into gaps between wires to discharge a water-stopping agent having a required viscosity from the nozzles so as to penetrate between wires. A method for providing a waterproofing method for a wire harness, comprising: covering a portion of the film to which the water-stopping agent has been applied with a film, rolling the film into a circular cross section, winding the outer periphery of the film with a tape, and passing the film through the grommet. A gap can be formed between the electric wires by the nozzle. Then, by discharging a water-stopping agent having a required viscosity from a large number of nozzles, the water-stopping agent can also penetrate into the gap between the wires, so that the water-stopping agent can be reliably applied to the surface of the wires and between the wires. Can be applied. After that, when a film is put on these wire groups and taken out, the wires are taken out without attaching the waterproofing agent to the hands of the workers, and the wire groups that are arranged in a line from the film on the surface side are rounded into a circular cross section. Can be easily done. After that, if the tape is wound in order to hold in this state, it is possible to maintain the shape of the portion filled with the water-stopping agent and to prevent the flow and diffusion of the water-stopping agent. In this state, if the grommet is passed in close contact with the inside (reduced diameter portion) of the grommet, reliable waterproofing can be easily provided.

A water-stopping agent storage chamber to which a water-stopping agent is supplied is provided inside, and a number of nozzles inserted into the gaps of the electric wire group are provided on the holding surface so as to communicate with the water-stopping agent storage chamber. In addition, the present invention provides a water-stopping agent discharging machine characterized in that both opposing water-stopping agent discharging bodies are connected so as to be openable and closable.

The wire group can be inserted between the wires in an unraveled state, and a gap can be formed between the wires. In such a state, by discharging the water-stopping agent from a large number of nozzles, the water-stopping agent is effectively filled in the gaps between the wires, and the surfaces of the wires and between the wires can be reliably treated with the water-stopping agent. .

A part for waterproofing between wires of a wire harness inserted into a mounting grommet in a panel through-hole, and a part for waterproofing between the wires when a wire group is laid when a wire harness is assembled. Are arranged side by side in a row so that a plurality of nozzles are protrudingly provided on both sides of the side-by-side wire group. In such a way as to be inserted into the gap, a water-stopping agent having a required viscosity is discharged from these nozzles so as to penetrate between the wires, and then a film is put on the portion where the water-stopping agent is applied and rounded into a circular cross section. A method for waterproofing a wire harness, comprising: winding a tape around the outer periphery of the film; and passing the film through the grommet.
