Ｘ線管から照射されるＸ線の照射野を調整するＸ線可動絞り装置であって、前記Ｘ線照射野をイメージインテンシファイア又はフィルムに合わせるものであって、該イメージインテンシファイア又はフィルムに合わせた開口部の形状がそれぞれ用意された鉛マスクと、この鉛マスクの開口部の形状を切り替える鉛マスク切り替え手段と、この鉛マスク切り替え手段により切り替えられた形状の開口によって得られるＸ線画像のハレーションを防止するために挿入されるものであって、食道や胃部形状を含む臓器形状の濃度補償フィルタと、この濃度補償フィルタを検査対象の臓器形状に合せて切り替える濃度補償フィルタ切り替え手段と、透視時に前記鉛マスクの形状を前記鉛マスク切り替え手段によりイメージインテンシファイアのサイズに対応する形状に切り替え、前記濃度補償フィルタを前記濃度補償フィルタ切り替え手段により透視する部位に応じた臓器形状に切り替えると共に、撮影時に前記鉛マスクをフィルムのサイズに対応した形状に切り替える制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするＸ線可動絞り装置。1.
