Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method and a fitting tool capable of simplifying the fitting work as much as possible, securing the necessary fixing strength, and finishing the neat appearance. SOLUTION: A peripheral edge part of a mesh panel 50 provided with the group of diagonally parallel projected bars 50a which are diagonally arranged relative to a panel frame 60 of channel shape is fixed to one side in a groove (a) of the panel frame in a fitted condition. The peripheral edge part of the mesh panel is fixed in the groove by setting the transverse width of the groove to be larger than the thickness of the mesh panel, providing recesses and projections 60a for engagement on an inner wall surface of the groove, and pressing a plate piece shaped fitting tool A provided on the face side and the back side with recesses and projections 5 to be engaged and a plurality of rows of projected bars 2 to be engaged which are respectively engaged with the recesses and projections 60a and diagonally parallel projected bars 50a in a gap generated in the groove in the fitted condition. A locking piece 4 surrounded by notches of approximately U-shape is formed on the plate-shaped body 1 to constitute the fitting tool, and the recess and projection 5 to be engaged is preferably provided on the locking piece.

According to the above-mentioned conventional construction method, a considerable amount of labor and labor is required for opening the rivets 61 at a plurality of positions of each of the panel frames 60 and for riveting. Takes time. In addition, the rivet heads exposed at many places on the surface of the panel frame 60 impair the aesthetic appearance of the mesh panel attached for aesthetic purposes. Further, when the mesh panel 50 is used as, for example, a fence material or the like, if a strong impact force is applied, a large concentrated stress is generated at a location caught on the rivet 61.

A method is adopted in which the peripheral edge of the mesh panel 50 is fixed in the groove a by pushing in a plate-like mounting tool A provided with a plurality of rows of engaged ridges 2 on the front and back surfaces. did. Further, in the mounting fixture according to the present invention, the periphery of the mesh panel 50 having a group of oblique parallel ridges 50a formed obliquely to the panel frame 60 on one surface thereof is formed by using the panel frame 60 made of a channel-shaped material. It is intended to be fixed in the groove a in the inserted state, and in the inserted state,
It is composed of a plate-shaped main body 1 having a thickness capable of being tightly inserted into a gap formed in the groove a. On one surface side of the plate-shaped main body 1, there is provided an engagement unevenness 60a provided on an inner wall surface of the groove a. A plurality of rows of engaged projections are provided on the other surface side, which engage with the oblique parallel ridges 50a to prevent the mesh panel 50 from being disengaged. Article 2 was provided. The plate-shaped main body 1 is formed with a locking piece 4 surrounded by a substantially U-shaped cut 3, and the engagement unevenness 5 provided on the locking piece 4 is formed.
However, it is good to be constituted so that it may be elastically pressed toward the engaging unevenness 60a.

A cut 3 having a shape similar to a deformed U-shape is provided between adjacent engaged ridges 2 and 2 of the plate-shaped main body 1. As a result, a locking piece 4 surrounded by a cut 3 is formed between each of the engaged ridges 2. As shown in FIG. 7, which shows a longitudinal section of the fixture A, the locking piece 4 has a thickness gradually reduced toward the edge in the width direction to enhance elastic deformability. .

On the front side of the locking piece 4, a saw-toothed 2 is engaged with the engaging unevenness 60 a of the panel frame 60.
Rows of engaged unevenness 5, 5 are provided. In addition, since the mesh of the mesh panel 50 has a rhombus shape, two types of attachments A are prepared for the panel frame 60 in the left-right direction of the balcony and for the panel frame 60 in the front-rear direction in order to correspond thereto. However, it is necessary to change the inclination angle, the inclination direction, and the like of each engaged ridge 2.

Next, how to use the fixture A will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 2, the four peripheral edges of the mesh panel 50 are respectively fitted into the corresponding grooves a of the panel frames 60. The mesh panel 50 in this state is
Wind and vibrations cause rattling, and when a pressing force or a pulling force is applied, the panel frame 60 may come off.

Further, there is a possibility that the mesh panel 50 hangs, for example, a bird cage or a hanging pot by using the mesh. When the mesh panel 50 is used as a fence material, a strong impact force or a pulling force can be sufficiently exerted by any bounce. Therefore, it is necessary to securely fix the periphery of the mesh panel 50 in the groove a.

First, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 9, each of the engagement ridges 2 on the back side is attached to the front side of the mesh panel 50 as shown in FIG. It is applied to the surface of the mesh panel 50 so as to be dropped between the adjacent oblique parallel ridges 50a and 50a and to extend along the panel frame 60 in parallel. This fitting position is determined when the distance between the adjacent fixture A is, for example, 25.

Next, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG.
The mesh panel 50 is pushed into the gap formed between the inner wall surface provided with Oa and the mesh panel 50. Then, in a state where the engaged ridge 2 is pressed against the oblique parallel ridge 50a of the mesh panel 50, the engaged ridge 2 advances obliquely while being guided by the ridge.

As described above, according to the mounting method using the mounting tool A of the present invention, the operation of mounting the mesh panel 50 to the panel frame 60 is compared with the conventional riveting method described at the beginning. It can be done easily and quickly as much as possible. Of course, since unsightly rivets are not used, the finished appearance is much cleaner, and the aesthetic purpose is better achieved.

In addition, unlike the pinpoint fixing method by means of riveting, a function is provided for fixing in a state of surface contact over a wide area. When suspended or when a mesh panel is used as a fence material, it can withstand the maximum pulling force and impact force that are actually assumed.

In the above configuration, the object of the present invention can be achieved even if the detailed structure is appropriately changed in design. For example,
The design shape, arrangement interval, inclination angle, and the like of the oblique parallel ridges 50a and 50b of the mesh panel 50 may be appropriately selected according to the size and preference of the mesh panel 50. Alternatively, only one side surface of the mesh panel 50 may be constituted by a group of oblique parallel ridges 50a, and the other surface side may be constituted by, for example, a wavy or other ridge group.

The length of the fixture A is not limited to the illustrated one, but may be substantially equal to the length of the panel frame 60. The form of the locking piece 4 may be appropriately changed as long as the function described in the claims is achieved. The same applies to the form of the panel frame 60.

As is clear from the above description, according to the method and apparatus for mounting a mesh panel according to the present invention, the following practically excellent effects can be obtained. (A) The fixing operation is securely completed by simply pushing the attachment into the gap between the peripheral edge of the mesh panel fitted in the groove of the panel frame and the inner wall surface of the groove. (B) Therefore, as in the prior art, it is possible to completely eliminate extremely inefficient work such as making holes for rivets in a large number of places of the panel frame and then riveting. (C) In addition, the heads of a large number of rivets appearing on the surface of the panel frame do not impair the aesthetic appearance of the finished work. (D) Even when a strong tensile force or impact force is applied to the mesh panel, unlike the pinpoint connection by rivets, the mesh panel is fixed by surface contact in a large area.
The possibility that the mesh panel is broken from the fixed portion can be almost completely eliminated. (E) If necessary, the operation of removing the mesh panel can be performed relatively easily.
