信号出力手段が正常に作動しているか否かを判定する動
作判定手段と、 上記動作判定手段の判定結果に基づいて、上記第1のパ
ーフォレーション検出手段と上記パルス信号出力手段と
の少なくとも一方が正常に作動していないと判定された
際に、上記磁気記録制御手段の作動を停止させるととも
に上記第2パーフォレーション検出手段からの出力に基
