Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a loop antenna and to automate assembly by providing structure where a loop antenna element is engaged with a substrate by means of notch parts provided for three places to fix it. SOLUTION: The notch parts are provided for both ends of the loop antenna element 2 formed by a material with low skin effect or a material where the surface of a copper band is plated by gold, silver and the like and for a folding part. On the other hand, notch parts are provided for the substrate 1 so that they are engaged with the notch parts, and lands 8, 9 and 11 are respectively formed. The loop antenna element 2 is inserted into the substrate 1 from the right side direction of a drawing, the notch parts are mutually engaged and the loop antenna element 2 is fixed by soldering it to the lands 8, 9 and 11 provided for the substrate 11. Since simple structure where the loop antenna element 2 is engaged with the substrate 1 is provided, assembly is automated and the loop antenna element 2 is difficult to deform since it is fixed by three places.

FIGS. 5A to 5C are perspective views showing a conventional example. The antenna structure for a small radio receiver shown in FIG. 5 includes a substrate 16 having through holes 17a and 17b in a feeding portion, and a loop antenna element 15 having one end inserted into the through hole 17a and the other end inserted into the through hole 17b.
It is comprised including. (For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
The loop antenna element 15 is disposed so as to include both sides of the substrate 16. With such an arrangement, it is easier to increase the opening area of the antenna as compared with the case where the antenna is arranged on one side of the substrate.
