本発明は、ゴマ（ＳｅｓａｍｕｍＩｎｄｉｃｕｍ Ｌ．）を原料として抽出される水溶性成分を含有する化粧料に関し、詳しくは、チロシナーゼ活性阻害効果に優れた安全性の高い美白剤として、ゴマ（Ｓｅｓａｍｕｍ Ｉｎｄｉｃｕｍ Ｌ．）の水溶性抽出物を含有する化粧料に関する。[0001]

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため、本研究者らは鋭意検討した結果、ゴマを原料として抽出される水溶性の抽出成分が肌に対し優れた効果、特に美白効果を有する事を見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
すなわち、本発明は、上記目的を達成するため、ゴマ（Ｓｅｓａｍｕｍ Ｉｎｄｉｃｕｍ Ｌ．）の水溶性抽出物を含有することを特徴とする化粧料を提供する。
本発明の好ましい実施態様としては、以下の特徴を有する。
（１）前記水溶性抽出物がゴマ（Ｓｅｓａｍｕｍ Ｉｎｄｉｃｕｍ Ｌ．）の根、葉、茎、芽、花、発芽物または種子、あるいはそれらの乾燥物、粉砕物の１種又は２種以上から得られたものである。
（２）前記水溶性抽出物が脱脂工程を経て得られるものである。
（３）前記水溶性抽出物を水もしくは含水及び／または無水低級アルコールで抽出する。
（４）前記水溶性抽出物を０．０１〜２０．０重量％含有する。
また、本発明は、上記目的を達成するため、ゴマ（Ｓｅｓａｍｕｍ Ｉｎｄｉｃｕｍ Ｌ．）の水溶性抽出物を有効成分として含有することを特徴とする美白剤を提供する。
