すなわち、本発明は、次の成分（Ａ）及び（Ｂ）
（Ａ）リグナン配糖体である下記の構造式（Ｉ）で示されるセサミノール配糖体
（Ｂ）抗炎症剤から選ばれる１種又は２種以上
を含有することを特徴とする皮膚外用剤を提供するものである。

本発明の好ましい実施態様としては、以下の特徴を有する。
（１）該セサミノール配糖体は、下記の構造式（ＩＩ−ａ）、（ＩＩ−ｂ）もしくは（ＩＩ−ｃ）で示されるセサミノール配糖体の１種または２種以上を主成分とする。

（２）該セサミノール配糖体は、ゴマ種子やその加湿物もしくは発芽体、またはそれらの粉砕物、またはそれらの脱脂物の含水低級アルコール抽出物である。
（３）該抗炎症剤は、グリチルリチン酸、グリチルレチン酸、メフェナム酸、フェニルブタゾン、インドメタシン、イブプロフェン、ケトプロフェン、アラントイン、グアイアズレン、Ｄ−パンテノール及びそれらの誘導体並びにそれらの塩、ε−アミノカプロン酸、酸化亜鉛、ジクロフェナクナトリウム、アロエ抽出物、シコン抽出物、サルビア抽出物、ソウハクヒ抽出物、シソ抽出物、カワラヨモギ抽出物、オランダカラシ抽出物、ガマ抽出物、セイヨウニワトコ抽出物、ヒレハリソウ抽出物、アルニカ抽出物、オウバク抽出物、カミツレ抽出物、シラカバ抽出物、オトギリソウ抽出物、ユーカリ抽出物及びムクロジ抽出物から選ばれる１種または２種以上である。 [0005]

(3) The anti-inflammatory agent is one or more selected from glycyrrhizinic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, mefenamic acid, phenylbutazone, indomethacin, ibuprofen, ketoprofen, allantoin, guaiazulene, D-panthenol and derivatives thereof and salts thereof, ε-aminocaproic acid, zinc oxide, diclofenac sodium, aloe extract, lithospermum root extract, salvia extract, mulberry bark extract, perilla extract, artemisia capillaris extract, watercress extract, cattail extract, elder extract, comfrey extract, arnica extract, phellodendron bark extract, chamomile extract, white birch extract, St. John's wort extract, eucalyptus extract, and soapberry extract.

表１の結果に示される如く、本発明品１に代表される高純度リグナン配糖体精製物とグリチルレチン酸を組合せた本発明の組成物および本発明品２に代表される高純度リグナン配糖体精製物とカミツレ抽出物を組合せた本発明の組成物は、これらを皮膚に適用することにより、紫外線による紅斑や色素沈着を効果的に抑制することがわかった。[0033]

The topical skin preparation according to claim 1, characterized in that the sesaminol glycoside has as its main component one or more of the sesaminol glycosides represented by the following structural formula (II-a), (II-b) or (II-c).

3. The external skin preparation according to claim 1, wherein the sesaminol glycoside is a hydrous lower alcohol extract of sesame seeds, their moistened or germinated products, or their pulverized or defatted products.

4. The topical skin preparation according to claim 1, 2, or 3, wherein the anti-inflammatory agent is one or more selected from the group consisting of glycyrrhizinic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, mefenamic acid, phenylbutazone, indomethacin, ibuprofen, ketoprofen, allantoin, guaiazulene, D-panthenol and derivatives thereof and salts thereof, ε-aminocaproic acid, zinc oxide, diclofenac sodium, aloe extract, lithospermum root extract, salvia extract, mulberry bark extract, perilla extract, artemisia capillaris extract, watercress extract, cattail extract, elder extract, comfrey extract, arnica extract, phellodendron bark extract, chamomile extract, white birch extract, St. John's wort extract , eucalyptus extract, and soapberry extract.
