【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は使い捨ておむつに関
し、特に着用作業を容易にしたものである。

【従来の技術】使い捨ておむつは赤ちゃん用や老人用等
が種々あるが、図７のように長手方向の中央部の両側を
対向的に凹状湾曲させ内面側に吸収体（１）を内設した
股当て部（２）と、該股当て部につながる長手方向の一
端部の、幅方向に直線状のフロンタルテープ（３）を固
着した腹側部（４）と、該長手方向の他端部の幅方向両
端部にそれぞれファスニングテープ（５）（５）を固定
した背側部（６）とからなる展開型使い捨ておむつは、
安価であることから現在でも盛んに使われている。

者の背側に当て、股当て部（２）を股位置にあてがっ
て、腹側部（４）を腹側に当て、次にファスニングテー
プ（５）のおむつシート部材から突出している先端粘着
面をフロンタルテープ（３）に着脱自在に貼着して図８
のようなパンツ形状にして着用するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところでこのような使
い捨ておむつの着用状態は、通常図８のように腹側部
（４）が前に突き出た格好となる。従ってファスニング
テープ（５）とフロンタルテープ（３）との位置関係
は、図９のように交差して重なる形となり、ファスニン
グテープ（５）の先端粘着面をフロンタルテープ（３）
に貼着する際にフロンタルテープ（３）の幅方向のスペ
ースの余裕Ｓが小さくなってしまう。このため注意深く
着用作業を行わないとファスニングテープ（５）の粘着
面がフロンタルテープ（３）からはみ出すことになって
粘着力が弱くなり、当該おむつの長時間着用が不可能で
あった。これに対してフロンタルテープの幅を十分広く
することが考えられるがコスト高となり問題であった。

【０００８】このように本発明は従来直線状であったフ
ロンタルテープを、図１のようにその両端部をおむつの
ファスニングテープ（５）（５）を設けた後部側に曲げ
て形成したものである。こうすることによって図２及び
図３に示すように、該おむつを体に当てがってファスニ
ングテープ（５）を該フロンタルテープ（10）の曲設し
た両端部に貼着する際にファスニングテープ（５）がフ
ロンタルテープ両端部ｂにほぼ平行に重なるので、該フ
ァスニングテープ（５）の全体が簡単に且つ確実に貼着
され着用作業がやり易くなる。

m とするが、幼児や乳幼児の体型からみてファスニング
テープで貼着するのに必要十分な大きさである。なお好

【００１２】そして該フロンタルテープの直線部ａの長
さＬ1 を上記全長の4/11〜7/11としたのは、4/11より短
い場合は傾斜端部の長さが長くなりすぎて両末端がおむ
つの後部側に移動しすぎるので、ファスニングテープの
貼着が困難となるからである。さらに7/11より大きいと
傾斜端部が短くなりすぎて、本発明の効果を得られなく
なる。
さＬ1 を上記全長の4/11〜7/11としたのは、4/11より短
い場合は傾斜端部の長さが長くなりすぎて両末端がおむ
つの後部側に移動しすぎるので、ファスニングテープの
貼着が困難となるからである。さらに7/11より大きいと
傾斜端部が短くなりすぎて、本発明の効果を得られなく
なる。
【００１３】また傾斜端部の直線部からの傾きαを１〜
15°としたのは、１°より小さいと本発明の効果が十分
に発揮されず、15°より大きいと両末端がおむつの後部
側に移動しすぎるので、ファスニングテープの貼着が困
難となるからである。

【００１４】さらにフロンタルテープのおむつ前端縁か
ら長手方向の固定位置Ｌ2 は、おむつのウエスト部を着
用者のウエストに密接させるためのウエスト部弾性部材
が該おむつの前部の前端部に内設されている場合は約30
mmより大きくとり、該ウエスト部弾性部材が設けられて
いない場合は約５mm以上とするのが適当である。またフ
ァスニングテープ（５）のおむつ後端縁からの固定位置
は上記フロンタルテープの長手方向の固定位置に合わせ
て前後させる。なお対象となる幼児・乳幼児用の使い捨
ておむつの大きさは、全長Ｐ＝ 350〜600mm であり、全
幅Ｑ＝ 260〜400mm である。

【実施例】以下に本発明の一実施例について説明する。

部側（背側部（６））に５°の角度で屈曲して傾斜端部
ｂ，ｂを形成し、直線部ａの長さが 109mmのフロンタル
テープ（10）を前端縁から８mm空けて固着し、さらに背
側部（６）の幅方向両端にそれぞれ幅25mmで突出長さ30
mmのファスニングテープ（５）（５）を固着した赤ちゃ
ん用の使い捨ておむつを作製した。このおむつを赤ちゃ
んの股部に当てがって着用作業をしたところ、ファスニ
ングテープ（５）（５）の突出部分はフロンタルテープ
（10）の傾斜端部ｂ内に余裕をもって平行に重ねること
ができた。

【発明の効果】このように本発明によれば、おむつを利
用する際にファスニングテープがフロンタルテープに平
行に重なるので、確実且つ容易にファスニングテープの
全面をフロンタルテープ面内に収めて貼着することがで
き、着用作業がやり易くなる効果を有する。
