Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、とくに動脈瘤の際
であるが、不安定な又は脆弱な又は血栓症の血管壁にお
いて、血管を援助するために使用されるようなステント
移植組織片に関する。

【従来の技術】従来のステント移植組織片は、通常例え
ばレーザ切断により金属管片から製造される半径方向に
拡張可能なステント、及び組織又はフォイルからなるこ
こに縫い付けられた被覆からなる。被覆は、血液流通又
は血液成分の流通又はステント移植組織片の壁を通した
沈着、及びステント移植組織片の内部への壁を通した組
織の固着を阻止するという役割を有する。それによりと
りわけ血圧による血管壁の負荷を逃し、かつステント移
植組織片の内移植個所に塞栓症が生じることがないこと
が保証される。しかしながら従来のステントにおいてス
テントにおける被覆の固定縫い付けに基づいて、結節が
生じ、これら結節は、血栓形成の危険を伴う血管の開い
た流通における渦形成を引起こす。被覆が、編物組織又
はより組織からなる場合、これは、ステントの回りで折
畳まなければならない。その際、ステントの拡張の際に
被覆の折り目のない広げは、常に保証されているわけで
はない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、この
問題を除去することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】この問題を除去するため
に、本発明は、同軸的に配置された半径方向に拡張可能
な2つのステントを有するステント移植組織片を提案
し、その際、両方のステントの間に、可とう性の膨張可
能な材料層、例えば可とう性の膨張可能な生物学的な組
織が配置されている。本発明によるステント移植組織片
において、材料層は、両方の同軸的なステントの間に締
付けられるので、一方のステントにおける材料層の縫い
付けは省略することができる。その上さらに材料層は、
血管内へのステントの挿入の際に、損傷を防止される。
材料層の可とう性のかつ膨張可能な特性に基づいて、こ
の材料層は、両方のステントとともに移植個所において
半径方向に広がることができる。押込む際に両方のステ
ントの相互のずれを防止するために、両方のステント
は、その端部範囲において互いに点状に結合することが
できる。そのために種々の技術を使用することができ
る。両方のステントは、例えば互いに溶接、プレス又は
接着することができる。材料層は、人体に協調性のある
材料又は生物学的な組織からなるフォイル又は組織から
なるホース状の要素によって形成することができる。し
かし材料層は、内側のステントの回りに巻かれたフォイ
ル又は組織テープからなることができる。それによりス
テント移植組織片のとくに経済的な製造が可能である。
材料中間層のための材料としては、例えばポリテトラフ
ルオロエチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタラート、又は自
己又は同種の静脈又は動脈のような生物学的な材料が問
題になる。その際、あらかじめ膨張したポリテトラフル
オロエチレンは、この材料が原線維構造を有するので、
格別の利点を有し、それにより血管壁内へのステント移
植組織片の固着が助長される。それにより時間ととも
に、血管とステント移植組織片との間の固定的な結合が
生じる。

【発明の実施の形態】次に本発明によるステント移植組
織片の有利な実施例を、図面により詳細に説明する。
【0006】1つの図は、2つの同軸的なステント11
及び12を有するステント移植組織片10の一部切り欠
いた斜視図を示しており、これらステントの間に、膨張
可能な材料層13が配置されている。この層13は、人
体に協調性のある合成物質フォイル又は合成物質組織か
ら製造することができる。しかし人体に協調性のある又
は生物学的なその他の材料の使用も可能である。図示し
た例において材料層13は、ステント移植組織片10の
長さの一部にわたってだけ延びている。

  1. 【請求項1】 同軸的に配置された半径方向に拡張可能
    な2つのステントが設けられており、その際、両方のス
    テント(11,12)の間に、可とう性の膨張可能な材
    料層(13)が配置されていることを特徴とする、ステ
    ント移植組織片。
  2. 【請求項2】 材料層(13)が、ステント(11,1
    2)の一部だけを覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項
    1記載のステント移植組織片。
  3. 【請求項3】 両方のステント(11,12)が、その
    端部範囲において互いに点状に結合されていることを特
    徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のステント移植組織片。
  4. 【請求項4】 材料層(13)が、フォイル又は組織か
    らなるホース状の要素によって形成されていることを特
    徴とする、請求項1ないし3の1つに記載のステント移
    植組織片。
  5. 【請求項5】 材料層(13)が、内側のステントの回
    りに巻かれたフォイル又は組織テープによって形成され
    ていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3の1つに記
    載のステント移植組織片。
  6. 【請求項6】 材料層(13)が、ポリテトラフルオロ
    エチレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5
    の1つに記載のステント移植組織片。
  7. 【請求項7】 材料層(13)が、ポリエチレンテレフ
    タラートからなることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5
    の1つに記載のステント移植組織片。
  8. 【請求項8】 材料層(13)が、生物学的な材料から
    なることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5の1つに記載
    のステント移植組織片。
  9. 【請求項9】 生物学的な材料が、自己源であることを
    特徴とする、請求項8記載のステント移植組織片。
  10. 【請求項10】 生物学的な材料が、同種の源であるこ
    とを特徴とする、請求項8記載のステント移植組織片。
