を提供することにある。
【解決手段】表面に大柄な凹凸を有する無機系化粧板基

部部分のみに第２クリア層を設けてなる無機系化粧板に
おいて、各々のクリア層に、所定の粒径の樹脂ビーズを
所定量添加することで、凸部と目地部で艶、仕上がりの
異なる無機系化粧板が得られる。

用として用いる化粧板に関し、特に表面のエンボス形状
がレンガやタイルを並べたような凹部に目地部分を持
ち、かつ大柄な凹凸を有する無機系化粧板に関するもの

は、ほとんどの製品が全面に単色の塗料を塗装するもの
だが、近年は凸部分と目地部を形成する凹部に、異なる
色を用いて２色に塗分けを行うもの、或いはグラビアオ
フセット印刷による模様、着色等豊富な色彩を有するも
のも増えてきた。さらに加えて本物のレンガやタイルを
施工したように似せるため、化粧板基材を厚くし、凹凸
を深くするなどして陰影をつけている。2. ころ層間密着性で良好な結果が得られた。また、全面に
同色を施す場合の塗工方法としてはスプレー、各種コー
ター等の通常用いられる方法でよい。さらに化粧板基材
（１）が大柄な凹凸形状を有する場合、ロールコータ等
により大柄な凸部部分と下地塗装色と異なる着色とする
