(57)【要約】 【課題】 特に横向きに寝たときに腰部の肌に当って不
快感を与えるシールラインを有する完全パンツ型おむつ
を改良すること。 【解決手段】 腹側シート部と背側シート部とを股側シ
ート部で連続し、腹側シート部と背側シート部との対向
する側縁部同士を互いに固着して、上端に胴部開口と左
右にそれぞれ腿部開口を形成した完全パンツ型おむつに
おいて、腹側及び背側のシート部の対向する側縁部同士
を互いに固着することにより形成されるシールライン
（７）（７')を腹側の左右の腸骨位置の内側に設けたこ
とを特徴とするシールラインを前方に有する完全パンツ
型おむつ。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は完全パンツ型おむつ
に関し、特にシールラインを前方、即ち腹部側に有する
ものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】完全パ
ンツ型おむつは、外表面は液不透過性シートで覆われ、
内表面は液透過性シートで覆われ、それらの間に吸収体
を挟んだ構成である。そしてその形状は図３に示すよう
に通常の下着のパンツ形状と同様、上端に胴部開口
（８）を有し、左右の下部に両脚の腿部開口（９）（1
0）を有するもので、さらに股側シート部（４）に吸収
体（１）が位置し、ウエスト部の両脇に該おむつの製造
過程で必然的に形成されるシールライン（７）（７')を
有するものである。
【０００３】このシールラインは、図４に示すように長
手方向の中央部がくびれて長手方向の前後形状がほぼ対
称形状の展開おむつ素材を完全パンツ型おむつに作る際
に、着用するときに前側となる腹側シート部（２）と同
じく後側となる背側シート部（３）との対向する側縁部
同士（（５）と（６）、（５')と（６')）を互いにヒー
トシール等で固着したときに生ずる固着状態の直線状の
部分であって、構成材料である液透過性シートと液不透
過性シートとが熱や接着剤などで固まった状態である。
【０００４】このような完全パンツ型おむつは、赤ちゃ
んはもとより事故や病気などで寝たきりとなった成人、
及び体の衰えた老人等も着用している。しかしながら特
に寝たきりとなっている成人や老人等は自力で寝返りが
うてない状態であるため、介護者がときどき体の向きを
変えている。即ち仰向けと左右の横向きを繰り返してい
るが、特に長時間横向きのままであると上記完全パンツ
型おむつの着用者にとっては該おむつのサイドシールが
肌に押し付けられて不快であり、さらに蓐瘡の発生原因
となる懸念もあった。
【０００５】また完全パンツ型おむつを着用者から脱が
す際には、そのまま足先に向かって引き下げる場合とシ
ールラインに沿って介護者が手で破断し平面的に展開し
て外す場合がある。そして寝たままの状態での着用者の
排泄物はシールラインにまで達することもあり、介護者
によるシールラインに沿った破断は衛生的とはいえなか
った。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明はこのような従来
の完全パンツ型おむつの欠点を改良して、着用者に不快
感を与えない構成を提供するものである。
【０００７】即ち本発明の完全パンツ型おむつは、腹側
シート部と背側シート部とを股側シート部で連続し、腹
側シート部と背側シート部との対向する側縁部同士を互
いに固着して、上端に胴部開口と左右にそれぞれ腿部開
口を形成した完全パンツ型おむつにおいて、腹側シート
部及び背側シート部を同一の材料構成とし、これらの対
向する側縁部同士を互いに固着することにより形成され
るシールラインを腹側の左右の腸骨の内側に設けたこと
を特徴とするものであり、この際該おむつの縦中心線の
両側にそれぞれ１０cm以内で設けるのがよい。
【０００８】このようにシールラインを人体の左右の腸
骨の内側、即ち人体の腰位置の腹側の左右に突起した骨
の内側に設けることにより、たとえ寝たきりの人でも体
の向きを横向きに長時間おかれても、固いシールライン
は体に押し付けられないので快適に過ごせる。そして本
発明のようにシールラインが腹側にあると、背側シート
部の面積がより広くなるので着用者の尻部を大きく包み
込む構造となり、寝たままの状態でも排泄物がシールラ
インまで達することがより少くなり介護者にとって衛生
的である。さらにおむつを外す際に、シールラインで破
断しておむつを展開した後背側シートが広いので排泄物
を包み込み易く手早く処理ができ、周囲への排泄物の臭
いの拡散を防いでより衛生的な処理が可能となる。また
着用中のおむつをシールラインで破断する際に、本発明
のおむつでは該シールラインは通常上面側に現われるの
で、着用者及び介護者にとって手が掛け易く作業性が良
い。さらに本発明のおむつによれば、外観上一目で前後
の区別ができ、前後の履き間違いがより少くなる。
【０００９】なお大人や老人用の完全パンツ型おむつに
対してこのシールラインは、当該おむつの縦中心線の両
側にそれぞれ１０cm以内、好ましくは８cm以内とするの
がよい。

【実施例】図１に示すように、液不透過性シートと液透
過性シートとの間に略矩形の吸収体（１）を挟んで固定
し、長手方向の一端部の腹側シート部（２）と、該腹側
シート部（２）より横方向に長い背側シート部（３）と
を、内側に対向的に湾曲した股側シート部（４）で連続
させた略砂時計形状の展開おむつ素材を作った。このと
き腹側シート部（２）の横寸法（Ｌ）は約１６cmとし
た。
【００１１】そして該おむつ素材を股側シート部（４）
で液透過性シート面を内側にして屈曲させ、腹側シート
部（２）の側縁（５）（５')とそれぞれ対向する背側シ
ート部（３）の側縁（６）（６')とを熱融着手段により
固着して、図２に示すように腹側にシールライン（７）
（７')を設け、上端に胴部開口（８）と左右に腿部開口
（９）（10）を形成した完全パンツ型おむつを作った。
このような完全パンツ型おむつはシールライン（７）
（７')間の長さが約１６cmであるので、着用したときに
大人の腹側の左右にある固い腸骨の内側に位置すること
になって着用者に不快感を与えない。

【発明の効果】このように本発明によれば、完全パンツ
型おむつを作る際に必然的に形成されるシールラインが
腹側にあるので、自ら寝返りをうてない着用者にとっ
て、体をどのような向きにされても固いシールラインが
肌を圧迫することがなく、床ずれや蓐瘡などの原因が減
少して快適に過ごせる。またシールラインに沿って手で
破断しておむつを外す際にも、背側シート部が広いので
排泄物が該シールラインまで達することがより少く、し
かも排泄物を素早く包み込むことができるので衛生的な
処理ができる。また着用する際に前後を間違えることが
より少く、破断の際にもシールラインが常に上面にある
ので作業が容易である、等の効果を有する。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 腹側シート部と背側シート部とを股側シ
    ート部で連続し、腹側シート部と背側シート部との対向
    する側縁部同士を互いに固着して、上端に胴部開口と左
    右にそれぞれ腿部開口を形成した完全パンツ型おむつに
    おいて、腹側シート部及び背側シート部を同一の材料構
    成とし、これらの対向する側縁部同士を互いに固着する
    ことにより形成されるシールラインを腹側の左右の腸骨
    の内側に設けたことを特徴とするシールラインを前方に
    有する完全パンツ型おむつ。
  2. 【請求項２】 シールラインをおむつの腹側の縦中心線
    の両側のそれぞれ１０cm以内に設ける請求項１記載の完
    全パンツ型おむつ。
