9のウェブの両側を本体1の外面に隅肉溶接し、ステー
9のフランジ部上面とジャケット11の長穴13の内周
面を隅肉円周溶接する。更には、ステー等を用いずに図
7及び図8に示すように、ジャケット15に一体成型の
ディンプル穴17を形成し、ディンプル穴17の内周面
と本体1の外面とを溶け込み円周溶接により固定する。2.
