【従来の技術】
近年の紙おむつにおいては、従来の粘着テープからなる止着テープに代えて、面ファスナーテープにより止着するものが上市されるようになってきている。特に大人用紙おむつにおいては、高い止着強度が要求されるなどの点でこの傾向が大きい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、面ファスナー要素を基材シートに粘着剤やホットメルト接着剤などにより固定する場合、装着状態において胴回り方向の引張力が強く作用すると、面ファスナー要素が基材シートから剥がれてしまうことが知見された。特に、その剥離は面ファスナー要素の内側において生じる。

したがって、本発明の主たる課題は、面ファスナー要素の基材シートからの剥離を確実に防止することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決した本発明の請求項１記載の発明は、背側両側縁部に取り付けられ、面ファスナーの一方の係止要素を有する止着テープと、腹側に取付けられ、面ファスナーの他方の被係止要素を有する被着テープとを有する紙おむつにおいて、
前記止着テープの係止要素は、基材シートの外方端縁の内側に位置してその裏面が基材シートに対して固定され、
前記係止要素の内方端部表面に固定されかつその内方縁を越えて基材シートに対して固定された内固定シートと、前記係止要素の外方端部表面に固定されかつその外方縁を越えて基材シートに対して固定された外固定シートとを備え、前記係止要素の外方縁および内方縁の基材シートからの剥離が防止されていることを特徴とする止着手段を有する紙おむつ。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明を図面に示す実施の形態を参照しながらさらに詳説する。
図１は紙おむつの展開状態平面図である。この紙おむつは、不織布などからなる長方形形状の透液性トップシート１とポリエチレンなどの砂時計形状の不透液性バックシート２とこれらの間に介在された砂時計形状の吸収体３とを有する。図示例においては両側にバリヤーカフス４，４が形成されている。このバリヤーカフス４は、そのバリヤーシート４Ｂが不透液性バックシート２の形状と合致して外形を形成している。バリヤーカフス４には糸ゴムなどからなる弾性伸縮部材４Ａが伸長下で固定されている。脚周りには、糸ゴムなどからなる図示例では４本の弾性伸縮部材５が、バリヤーシート４Ｂと不透液性バックシート２との間にホットメルト接着剤などにより固定されている。

本発明においては、紙おむつの背側両側縁部において、すなわち不透液性バックシート２とバリヤーシート４Ｂとがホットメルト接着剤７により重ね合わされてフラップとして構成される背側両側縁部において、止着テープ１０の基部が固定され、先端部が図１の左方に示されているように、製品状態で紙おむつの使用面側に折り重ねられ、使用時においては図１の右方に示すように展開される。

この止着テープ１０は、面ファスナーの一方の係止要素１１を有する。これに対して、紙おむつの腹側には、面ファスナーの他方の被係止要素を有する被着テープ６が固定されている。

止着テープ１０は、図２および図３に示すように、基材シート１２を有し、この基材シート１２はその基部がホットメルト接着剤１３により不透液性バックシート２に固定されている。この基材シート１２に対してたとえば茸状の係止要素１１が設けられ、基材シート１２の外方端縁の内側に位置してその裏面が基材シート１２に対してホットメルト接着剤１４により固定されている。

これらの構成によって、係止要素１１の外方縁および内方縁の基材シート１２からの剥離が防止されている。

仮にかかる構成ができない場合、特に内固定シート１５が設けられない場合、図５に示すように、装着状態において、腹側と背中側とで矢印方向の引張力が作用した場合、破線で示すように、係止要素１１が基材シート１２から剥がれる。

しかるに、前述のように、少なくとも内固定シート１５により、係止要素１１の内方端部を内覆い部１５Ａで覆いかつ固定すると、その剥離を防止できる。係止要素１１の外方端部を外覆い部１３Ａで覆いかつ固定することは剥離防止効果をもたらすとともに、内覆い部１５Ａと同様に、係止要素１１の縁が着用者に当たり皮膚を痛めることを防止できる利点がある。

In recent years, disposable diapers using hook-and-loop fasteners have been coming onto the market, replacing conventional adhesive tape fastening tapes. This trend is particularly pronounced for adult disposable diapers, which require high fastening strength.

[Problem to be solved by the invention]
However, when the hook-and-loop fastener elements are fixed to the base sheet with a pressure-sensitive adhesive or hot-melt adhesive, it has been found that if a strong tensile force acts in the waist direction while the garment is being worn, the hook-and-loop fastener elements will peel off from the base sheet. This peeling occurs particularly on the inside of the hook-and-loop fastener elements.

Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to reliably prevent the surface fastener elements from peeling off from the base sheet.

[Embodiments of the Invention]
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of a disposable diaper in an unfolded state. This disposable diaper has a rectangular liquid-permeable topsheet 1 made of nonwoven fabric or the like, an hourglass-shaped liquid-impermeable backsheet 2 made of polyethylene or the like, and an hourglass-shaped absorbent body 3 sandwiched between them. In the illustrated example, barrier cuffs 4, 4 are formed on both sides. The barrier cuffs 4 have their outer shape formed by their barrier sheets 4B conforming to the shape of the liquid-impermeable backsheet 2. Elastically stretchable members 4A made of rubber thread or the like are fixed under tension to the barrier cuffs 4. Around the legs, four elastically stretchable members 5 made of rubber thread or the like are fixed between the barrier sheet 4B and the liquid-impermeable backsheet 2 with a hot-melt adhesive or the like in the illustrated example.

In the present invention, the base of the fastening tape 10 is fixed to both side edges of the back side of the disposable diaper, i.e., at both side edges of the back side where the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 and the barrier sheet 4B are overlapped with a hot melt adhesive 7 to form flaps, and the tip is folded over onto the use side of the disposable diaper in the product state as shown on the left side of Figure 1, and when in use it is unfolded as shown on the right side of Figure 1.

The fastening tape 10 has one fastening element 11 of a hook-and-loop fastener. On the other hand, a covering tape 6 having the other hook-and-loop fastener element is fixed to the abdominal side of the disposable diaper.

On the other hand, the base sheet 12 has its tip folded inward and its folded end extending beyond the outer edge of the locking element 11 to the outer end surface, and is fixed to the outer end surface with hot melt adhesive 13, and the folded portion is fixed to the non-folded portion of the base sheet 12 from this fixed point beyond the outer edge.

These configurations prevent the outer and inner edges of the locking element 11 from peeling off from the base sheet 12.

If such a configuration is not possible, particularly if the internal fixation sheet 15 is not provided , when a tensile force in the direction of the arrows acts on the ventral side and the back side in the worn state, as shown in Figure 5, the locking element 11 will peel off from the base sheet 12, as shown by the dashed line.

However, as described above, peeling can be prevented by covering and fixing the inner end of the locking element 11 with the inner covering part 15A using at least the inner fixing sheet 15. Covering and fixing the outer end of the locking element 11 with the outer covering part 13A not only prevents peeling, but also has the advantage of preventing the edge of the locking element 11 from coming into contact with the wearer and causing damage to the skin, just like the inner covering part 15A.

It is not necessary to cover and fix the front and rear of the locking element, and if this is done, it will be difficult to position the element during manufacturing.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment in which an outer fixing sheet 17 is provided, and an outer covering portion 17A is fixed to the outer end surface of the locking element 11 with hot melt adhesive 18 and fixed to the base sheet 12 beyond its outer edge.
