Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硬化油又はその誘導体のマトリックス中に組込まれた、ニッケル又はコバル ト及び担体に基く水素化触媒粒子において、該マトリックス物質が25℃の温度 で固体であり、該粒子が少なくとも120mgの平均重量及び少なくとも2.8 mmの平均高さを持つところの触媒粒子。 2.粒子が、少なくとも130mg、より好ましくは少なくとも140mgの平 均重量を持つところの請求項1記載の触媒粒子。 3.粒子の平均高さが、少なくとも2.9mm、好ましくは少なくとも3.0m mであるところの請求項1又は2記載の触媒粒子。 4.触媒が、担持されたニッケル触媒であるところの請求項1〜3のいずれか一 つに記載の触媒粒子。 5.触媒及びマトリックスを合計した重量に基いて計算された粒子中のニッケル 量が、35重量%を超えないところの請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の触媒 粒子。 6.触媒のニッケル又はコバルト含有量が、担体及びニッケル又はコバルトの合 計した重量に基いて5〜95%であ るところの請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の触媒粒子。 7.粒子が、本質的に半球形の形状を持つところの請求項1〜6のいずれか一つ に記載の触媒粒子。 8.表面積対体積の比が、1.75mm-1より小さく、好ましくは0.5〜1. 75mm-1であるところの請求項7記載の触媒粒子。 9.動物油又は植物油の水素化において請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の触 媒粒子を使用する方法。 10.脂肪族アミンへの脂肪族ニトリルの水素化において請求項1〜8のいずれ か一つに記載の触媒粒子を使用する方法。
