Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.空気活性化開始剤系(成分A)およびラジカル重合性オレフィン性不飽和 モノマー(成分B)を含有する好気性接着剤から成る一液型反応性接着剤であっ て、イソシアネートおよび/またはシラン基を更に含有する反応性接着剤。 2.空気活性化開始剤系としてヒドラゾンまたはジヒドロピリジンを含有する 請求項1記載の反応性接着剤。 3.成分B)として、アクリル酸またはメタクリル酸およびそれらの誘導体、 例えば炭素数1〜25のエステルおよびアミドを含有する請求項1または2記載 の反応性接着剤。 4.ラジカル重合において、触圧接着、とりわけ炭素数1〜25のアクリレー トによる触圧接着を最初に行う請求項3記載の反応性接着剤。 5.添加剤、例えば安定剤、助剤、充填剤および触媒を含有する請求項1〜4 のいずれかに記載の反応性接着剤。 6.接着剤全体に対して、 A)空気活性化開始剤系0.2〜15重量%、好ましくは1〜10重量%、 B)ラジカル重合性モノマー20〜99.6重量%、好ましくは40〜80重 量%、 C)イソシアネートおよび/またはシラン基0.2〜10重量%、好ましくは 1〜7重量%、および D)添加剤0〜50重量%、好ましくは0.01〜40重量% の組成を有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の反応性接着剤。
