Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の導電部分を有し、器具のポンプハウジングの内部に配置される基板 と; 前記基板に装着され、光エネルギーのビームを第1の線に沿って導く手段と; 前記基板に装着され、前記第1の線と交差する位置にあり、前記導く手段から 光エネルギーを直接に受光し、入射した光の強さを表わす第1の信号を発生する 第1の光感知手段と; 前記基板に装着され、前記第1の線に対して角度を成す第2の線と交差する位 置にあり、前記導く手段からの前記第2の線に沿った反射光を受光し、入射した 光の強さを表わす第2の信号を発生し、前記導く手段及び前記第1の受光手段と 共に、前記基板の前記導電部分と電気的に通信する状態で接続されている第2の 光感知手段と; 前記第1の受光手段及び第2の受光手段と信号通信状態で接続されており、前 記第1の信号と前記第2の信号とを比較する手段と; 前記基板に装着され、前記基板から延出し且つ互いに所定の距離だけ離間する 2つの電極から構成されており、前記基板の前記導電部分のうち第2の部分と電 気的に通信する状態で接続され、液体の導電率を測定する第1の手段とを具備す る液体状態センサ。 2.前記基板に装着され、前記基板の前記導電部分のうち第3のものと電気的 に通信する状態で接続されており、前記液体の温度を測定する第2の手段をさら に具備する請求項1記載のセンサ。 3.前記基板に装着され、前記基板の前記導電部分のうち第4のものと電気的 に通信する状態で接続されており、前記基板に近接する所定の検出ゾーンの中の 強磁性物体の有無を検出する磁気感知素子をさらに具備する請求項1記載のセン サ。 4.前記磁気感知素子は磁気抵抗素子から構成される請求項3記載のセンサ。 5.前記基板から延出し、前記基板の前記第1の部分,第2の部分,第3の部 分及び第4の部分と信号通信状態で接続している複数の電気導体をさらに具備す る請求項1記載のセンサ。 6.前記基板,前記光を導く手段,前記第1の光感知手段及び前記第2の光感 知手段は、光透過性で不浸透性の物質の中にカプセル化されている請求項1記載 のセンサ。 7.前記光透過性で不浸透性の物質は透明エポキシである請求項6記載のセン サ。 8.第1の平坦な面を有し、前記第1の平坦な面の上に配置された複数の導電 部分を有し、物品を洗浄するための装置のポンプハウジングの内部に配置されて いる基板と; 前記基板に装着され、光エネルギーのビームを第1の線に沿って前記第1の平 坦な面と平行な方向に導く手段と; 前記基板に装着され、前記第1の線と交差する位置にあり、前記導く手段から 直接に光エネルギーを受光し、入射する光の強さを表わす第1の信号を発生する 第1の光感知手段と; 前記基板に装着され、前記第1の平坦な面と平行であり且つ前記第1の線に対 して垂直である第2の線と交差する位置にあり、前記第2の線に沿って前記導く 手段から反射光を受光し、入射する光の強さを表わす第2の信号を発生し、前記 導く手段及び前記第1の受光手段と共に、前記基板の前記複数の導電部分のうち 第1の部分と電気的に通信する状態で接続されている第2の光感知手段と; 前記第1の受光手段及び第2の受光手段と信号通信状態で接続されており、前 記第1の信号と第2の信号とを比較する手段と; 前記基板に装着され、前記基板の前記複数の導電部分のうち第3の部分と電気 的に通信する状態で接続されており、前記第1の平坦な面に近接する前記液体の 温度を測定する第1の手段とを具備する液体状態センサ。 9.前記基板に装着され、前記基板の前記複数の導電部分のうち第2の部分と 電気的に通信する状態で接続されており、前記第1の平坦な面に近接する前記液 体の導電率を測定する第2の手段をさらに具備する請求項8記載のセンサ。 10.前記第2の測定手段は、前記第1の平坦な面から延び且つ互いに所定の 距離だけ離間する2つの導体から構成される請求項9記載のセンサ。 11.前記基板に装着され、前記基板の前記複数の導電部分のうち第4の部分 と電気的に通信する状態で接続されており、前記基板に近接する所定の検出ゾー ンの中の強磁性物体の有無を検出する磁気感知素子をさらに具備する請求項10 記載のセンサ。 12.前記磁気感知素子から磁気抵抗素子から構成される請求項11記載のセ ンサ。 13.前記基板の、前記第1の平坦な面とは反対の側に位置する前記基板の第 2の平坦な面から延出し、前記基板の前記第1の導電部分,第2の導電部分,第 3の導電部分及び第4の導電部分と信号通信状態で接続されている複数の電気導 体をさらに具備する請求項11記載のセンサ。 14.前記基板,前記第1の導電率測定手段,前記光を導く手段,前記第1の 光感知手段及び前記第2の光感知手段は、光透過性で不浸透性の物質の中にカプ セル化されている請求項1記載のセンサ。 15.複数の導電部分を有し、器具のポンプハウジングの中に配置されている 基板と; 前記基板に装着され、光エネルギーのビームを第1の線に沿って導く手段と: 前記基板に装着され、前記第1の線と交差する位置にあり、前記導く手段から 直接に光エネルギーを受光し、入射する光の強さを表わす第1の信号を発生する 第1の光感知手段と; 前記基板に装着され、前記第1の線に対して角度を成す第2の線と交差する位 置にあり、前記第2の線に沿って前記導く手段から反射光を受光し、入射する光 の強さを表わす第2の信号を発生し、前記導く手段及び前記第1の受光手段と共 に、前記基板の前記導電部分と電気的に通信する状態で接続されている第2の光 感知手段と; 前記第1の受光手段及び第2の受光手段と信号通信状態で接続され、前記第1 の信号と第2の信号とを比較する手段とを具備する液体状態センサ。 16.前記基板に装着され、前記基板の前記導電部分と電気的に通信する状態 で接続されており、前記基板に近接する所定の検出ゾーンの中の強磁性物体の有 無を検出する磁気感知素子をさらに具備する請求項15記載のセンサ。
