Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.壊れた場合には個々に取り外しすることができ、金属溶融るつぼのための輻 射加熱囲いを形成するために、隣接するように形作られた多数のライニングセグ メント又はパネルからなる、輻射加熱炉のための耐火物ライニングにおいて、セ グメントは使用時にライニングを通過する燃焼ガスから熱を吸収し、るつぼに再 輻射するように形成された表面を有しており、かつ、少なくとも1つ、望ましく は多数のセグメントが、電気加熱エレメントをセグメントの表面下に備えている 、前記耐火物ライニング。 2.表面外形が、燃焼ガスから熱を吸収し、それをるつぼに再輻射するように配 列させられている、多数の一定の間隔で配置された突出物を有する、請求項1記 載のライニング。 3.突出物が台円錐形である、請求項2記載のライニング。 4.表面はそれぞれのエレメントの上の部分に突出物がないが、必要によりエレ メントを覆う丸い縦溝を任意に形成している、請求項2又は3に記載のライニン グ。 5.輻射加熱炉の耐火物ライニング用のセグメント又はパネルのセットであって 、セグメントは、壊れた場合には個々に取り外しすることができ、金属溶融るつ ぼのための輻射加熱囲いを形成するために、隣接するように形作られており、そ れぞれのセグメントは、使用時にライニングを通過する燃焼ガスから熱を吸収し 、るつぼに再輻射するように形成された表面を有しており、かつ、少なくとも1 つ、望ましくは多数のセグメントが、電気加熱エレメントを、セグメントの表面 下に備えている、前記セグメント又はパネルのセット。 6.バーナーからの燃焼ガスの衝突補集のために配列さている、請求項1〜4の いずれか一項に記載のライニングを備え、又は、請求項5によるセグメント又は パネルから作られる、加熱炉。 7.電気加熱エレメントのパワー出力はバーナーの出力よりも小さく、稼働温度 を維持するのには充分であるが、初期加熱には充分ではなく、冷時からの初期加 熱には、バーナーが適している、請求項6記載の加熱炉。
