Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.グルカンシンターゼサブユニットまたはその機能性誘導体をコードする単離 DNA。 2.図9のヌクレオチド配列またはその機能性誘導体を有する請求項1に記載の 単離DNA。 3.請求項1に記載の単離DNAまたはその相補的配列によってコードされた単 離RNA。 4.請求項1に記載の単離DNAを含む発現ベクター。 5.請求項4に記載の発現ベクターを含む組換え宿主細胞。 6.組換えグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチドの産生方法であって、 (a)宿主細胞を請求項1に記載の単離DNAによって形質転換させて組換え 宿主細胞を作製する段階と、 (b)組換えグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチドを産生し得る条件下で 組換え宿主細胞を培養する段階と、 (c)グルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチドを回収及び精製する段階とか ら成る方法。 7.請求項6に記載の方法によって産生される精製された組換 えグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチド。 8.単離及び精製されたグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチドまたはその機 能性誘導体。 9.図9のDNAによってコードされていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の 単離及び精製されたグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチド。 10.図9のアミノ酸配列を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の単離及び 精製されたグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチド。 11.グルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチド活性を変調する化合物の同定方 法であって、 (a)被験化合物をグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチドを含む溶液と混 合して混合物を形成する段階と、 (b)混合物中のグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチド活性を測定する段 階と、 (c)混合物のグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチド活性を標準に比較す る段階とから成る方法。 12.請求項11に記載の方法によって同定される化合物。 13.請求項12に記載の化合物を含む医薬組成物。 14.請求項1に記載の単離DNAと、組換えグルカンシンターゼサブユニット ペプチドまたはその機能性誘導体と、組換えグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペ プチドもしくはその機能性誘導体に対する抗体とから成るグループから選択され た試薬を含むキット。 15.請求項8に記載のグルカンシンターゼサブユニットペプチドに免疫反応性 の抗体。 16.請求項12に記載の化合物を動物に投与することから成る疾患の治療を要 する動物の治療方法。
