Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列を有し 長さ25ないし100ヌクレオチドである単離オリゴヌクレオチドであって、イ ンビボまたはインビトロにおいてHIVの増殖を阻害するオリゴヌクレオチド。 2.長さ25ないし35ヌクレオチドである請求項1のオリゴヌクレオチド。 3.DNAである請求項2のオリゴヌクレオチド。 4.少なくとも50%のホスホロチオエート結合を含む請求項3のオリゴヌク レオチド。 5.該抗HIV核酸配列を必須としてなる請求項4のオリゴヌクレオチド。 6. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列を有し 長さ18ないし100ヌクレオチドである単離ヌクレオチドであって、インビボ またはインビトロにおいてHIVの増殖を阻害するオリゴヌクレオチド。 7.長さ20ないし35ヌクレオチドである請求項6のオリゴヌクレオチド。 8.DNAである請求項7のオリゴヌクレオチド。 9.少なくとも50%のホスホロチオエート結合を含む請求項8の単離オリゴ ヌクレオチド。 10.該抗HIV核酸配列を必須としてなる請求項9のオリゴヌクレオチド。 11. ;それらのRNA同等物であるSEQ.ID.NO.26〜43ならびに45〜5 0;およびDNAならびにRNA同等物の相補配列であるSEQ.ID.NO.5 2〜69、71〜76ならびに78〜94ならびに96〜101からなる群より 選択される核酸配列を有し長さ20ないし100ヌクレオチドである単離オリゴ ヌクレオチド。 12.長さ20ないし35ヌクレオチドである請求項11のオリゴヌクレオチ ド。 13.少なくとも50%のホスホロチオエート結合を含む請求項12のオリゴ ヌクレオチド。 14.該核酸配列を必須としてなる請求項13のオリゴヌクレオチド。 15. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列領域を 有し長さ25ないし100ヌクレオチドである治療上有効量の単離オリゴヌクレ オチドおよび医薬上許容される担体からなる治療組成物であって、該オリゴヌク レオチドがインビボまたはインビトロにおいてHIVの増殖を阻害するものであ る、患者におけるHIVの増殖を阻害しうる治療組成物。 16.該オリゴヌクレオチドが長さ25ないし35ヌクレオチドである請求項 15の治療組成物。 17.該オリゴヌクレオチドがDNAである請求項16の治療組成物。 18.該オリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも50%のホスホロチオエート結合を 含む請求項17の治療組成物。 19. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列領域を 有し長さ18ないし100ヌクレオチドである治療上有効量の単離オリゴヌクレ オチドおよび医薬上許容される担体からなる治療組成物であって、該オリゴヌク レオチドがインビボまたはインビトロでHIVの増殖を阻害するものである、患 者におけるHIVの増殖を阻害しうる治療組成物。 20. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列領域に 作動可能に結合された転写認識部位からなり、該抗HIV核酸配列が、インビボ またはインビトロにおいてHIVの増殖を阻害するオリゴヌクレオチドをコード しているものである組み換え核酸。 21. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列領域を 有し長さ18〜100ヌクレオチドであるHIV増殖低下に有効量のオリゴヌク レオチドであって、HIVの増殖を阻害するオリゴヌクレオチドにHIV感染細 胞を接触させる工程からなるHIV増殖阻害または低下方法。 22.該オリゴヌクレオチドが長さ20ないし35ヌクレオチドである請求項 21の方法。 23.該オリゴヌクレオチドがDNAである請求項22の方法。 24.該オリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも50%のホスホロチオエート結合を 含む請求項23の方法。 25.該オリゴヌクレオチドが該抗HIV核酸配列を必須としてなる請求項2 4の方法。 26. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列領域を 有し長さ25〜100ヌクレオチドであるHIV増殖低下に有効量のオリゴヌク レオチドにHIV感染細胞を接触させる工程からなるHIV増殖阻害または低下 方法。 27.該オリゴヌクレオチドが長さ20ないし35ヌクレオチドである請求項 26の方法。 28.該オリゴヌクレオチドがDNAである請求項27の方法。 29.該オリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも50%のホスホロチオエート結合を 含む請求項28の方法。 30.該オリゴヌクレオチドが該抗HIV核酸配列を必須としてなる請求項2 9の方法。 31. からなる群より選択される抗HIV核酸配列に実質的に対応する核酸配列領域を 有し長さ18ないし100ヌクレオチドである治療上有効量のオリゴヌクレオチ ドであって、患者におけるHIVの増殖を阻害するオリゴヌクレオチドを患者に 投与する工程からなる、HIV感染患者の治療方法。 32.該オリゴヌクレオチドが長さ20ないし35ヌクレオチドである請求項 31の方法。 33.該オリゴヌクレオチドがDNAである請求項32の方法。 34.該オリゴヌクレオチドが少なくとも50%のホスホロチオエート結合を 含む請求項33の方法。 35.該オリゴヌクレオチドが該抗HIV核酸配列を必須としてなる請求項3 4の方法。
